Accidentally made reservation via…
Accidentally made reservation via Expedia with incorrect date. Made for Friday 9/25 when meant to make for 9/18. Showed up at Hampton Inn in La Vista NE on 9/18 and they could not find my reservation. That is when we discovered date issue. Asked to change reservation for 9/25 to 9/18 and they said non-refundable. made me purchase another room for 9/18 at higher rate. People at front desk seemed to enjoy my situation.

Hampton Inn Logan Airport: DO NOT TRUST
We stayed at this hotel twice in August 2026. When we got back to England I found additional and unexplained charges had been taken from my card.
When I wrote to ask the hotel what these charges were their 'Supervisor' took the line that there was no record of our bookings, and wanted additional details. I sent these.
Silence.
I wrote again, asking for the matter to be escalated.
Silence.
I wrote a one star review on Google, in the hope it would prompt some customer service. I got a reply saying they would share my concerns with the hotel.
Silence.
My wife contacted booking.com, through whom we had paid in full for the accommodation. After a week they gave up trying to get any sense out of the hotel.
I contacted my bank to cancel my card, only to discover that the Hampton Inn had been making repeated attempts to extract varying sums from my account. I cancelled the card, but two of the transactions - fraudulent chip and pin ones, when I wasn't even present - went through.
A quick Google search suggested I have not been the first victim of this establishment. I am writing this in the hope I will be the last.
NOTE TO TRUSTPILOT: I am happy to share the documentation relevant to the issues described above.

Hampton INN Jupiter/Juno Beach- Lost…
Hampton INN Jupiter/Juno Beach- Lost $361, Stubborn Customer Support, & Zero Loyalty RewardI am writing this to warn everyone: save your money and your sanity by staying far away from Super.com. I am a frequent traveler with elite rewards status at Hampton Inn because of how often I stay with them. However, booking through Super.com completely stripped away any loyalty perks and cost me $361 for a simple 2-day stay at the Hampton Inn Jupiter/Juno Beach.I needed to adjust my dates by just a few days due to unexpected work obligations. When I contacted Super.com, they flat-out refused to change the dates unless it was a "life-threatening emergency." Needing basic flexibility for work means absolutely nothing to them. They will happily pocket your money and lock you out of your booking.Hoping my loyalty meant something, I contacted the Hampton Inn Jupiter/Juno Beach directly. They were completely unhelpful and hid behind the third-party contract, stating they could not touch the reservation. My rewards status meant absolutely nothing to them the second a third party was involved. If Hampton Inn wants their lifelong customers to return, they need to cut ties with predatory platforms like Super.com immediately. Before you book to save a few pennies, remember these critical risks:The Loyalty Trap: Hotel rewards and status are completely ignored if you book through Super.com.Zero Cooperation: Super.com blames the hotel, and the hotel blames Super.com, leaving you stuck in the middle.Extremely Rigid Policies: Expect a total loss of your funds unless you have a literal medical emergency.

This Hampton Inn located on 411…
This Hampton Inn located on 411 Stavanger Dr. are not very friendly at all. I try calling to cancel my booking but they said they couldn't find my booking and yet they send me a last minutes reminder for the booking that wont even give me time to cancel my booking online. Its said you cancel too late and there wont be any refund issue. But charge me for not even staying at the Hotel.
So be very careful with this Hotel.
Even Expedia.ca staff are not very helpful either as each time you call they said they will take care of it for you to help cancel the booking but each time I call them they said they will contact the Hotel to ask them toto cancel the booking for you and their response is they can't find the person in charge to do the cancelation and you have to wait 72hrs. to get an response. Then when they finally response to me by email after 72hrs. Expedia said there won't be any refund issue even you didn't stay there.
I will never book through them again.
Can't be trusted.

Filthy, Revolting, and Unsafe
3410 Clark Lane, Columbia, MO
This property presents serious and systemic sanitation concerns that create an environment best described as unsafe, unsanitary, and profoundly misrepresented. Based on multiple direct observations throughout the facility, I cannot recommend this location under any circumstances.
The most alarming issue is the pervasive lack of cleanliness and hygiene across both private and shared spaces. Upon arrival, the hallway immediately conveyed a strong odor consistent with wet animals and bodily activity, setting the tone for what followed. Directly across from our assigned room, a door was left open to a unit that appeared to be in the process of being “aired out,” with laundry bins and soiled contents visible—an unmistakable indication of unresolved cleanliness issues.
Inside our own room, further evidence reinforced this pattern. The ceiling showed visible signs of water damage and permeation. Basic fixtures were either broken or incomplete, including missing or nonfunctional toiletry dispensers. When we requested body wash, it was not provided through proper amenities but instead handed over in a separate bottle, suggesting improvised rather than maintained standards.
The sanitation concerns extended beyond the room into the hotel’s shared amenities. The swimming pool was visibly unclean, and I personally removed debris from the skimmers, including dead insects and hair clippings. The Jacuzzi was in a severely compromised state—its water so opaque and milky that the bottom was not visible, raising immediate concerns about filtration and safety.
Outdoor areas, while visually promising at a distance, proved equally neglected upon closer inspection. Seating areas were covered in spiderwebs and debris, and the surrounding grounds contained cigarette waste embedded in the landscaping. The entire exterior environment carried a stale, ashtray-like odor, making it unsuitable even for brief use. Attempts to utilize the space for a simple yoga practice were abandoned due to these conditions.
Compounding these issues was a mismatch between advertised amenities and actual service. Despite references to hospitality benefits, basic items such as bottled water were not included and required additional payment. Even the so-called “complimentary” breakfast, which had effectively been prepaid under a nonrefundable rate, felt questionable to consume given the overall state of cleanliness.
Taken together, these observations point to a pattern of neglect that goes beyond isolated oversight. The condition of this property raises legitimate concerns about health, safety, and basic operational standards. Travelers should exercise extreme caution when considering this location.

Hampton Inn at Burbank Airport (California)
This is a review of the Hampton Inn at Burbank Airport (California):
As a Hilton Honors Gold member, I can say with confidence that I will never stay at this property again. In fact, this experience has caused me to reconsider staying at any Hilton-branded hotel in the future. My biggest issue is transparency. When I booked my stay, nowhere in the Hilton app was it disclosed that this hotel charges $31 per day for parking. There is no self-parking option available, so this fee is mandatory. Had this information been clearly disclosed at the time of booking, I would have chosen another hotel—specifically the Best Western nearby, which offers free self-parking. When I raised this concern at check-in, I was simply told, "It's on the website." That response is unacceptable. Many Hilton guests book directly through the Hilton app, not the website. If a mandatory fee exists, it should be clearly disclosed on every booking platform Hilton provides.
I then contacted Hilton Customer Care hoping for a reasonable resolution. Unfortunately, I was met with complete indifference. My concern was dismissed, my request for reimbursement of the undisclosed parking charges was denied, and when I asked to escalate the issue, I was told there was no one higher to speak with because the representative was allegedly already a supervisor. What disappointed me most was not the $31 parking fee—it was Hilton's complete lack of concern for customer satisfaction and loyalty. As a frequent traveler and Honors member, I expected much better. Instead, I was left with the impression that Hilton simply does not care. Because Hilton chose not to address this issue or offer any meaningful resolution, they have lost my future business. I will be taking my travel dollars elsewhere and will be sharing this experience with friends, family, followers, and fellow travelers so they can make informed decisions before booking. For anyone considering this location, be aware of the mandatory parking charges. If free parking is important to you, there are nearby alternatives, including the Best Western on Lankershim Boulevard, which offers complimentary self-parking.
Transparency matters. Customer service matters. Unfortunately, neither was demonstrated here.
