I placed an order with them and they contacted me shortly after to let me know there would be a delay (not their fault). Because of the inconvenience, they gave me some free cartridges and my original order came sooner than they quoted me. Their customer service is top notch and I appreciated the good communication. I will continue to do business with this great company.

Recived my first carts and immediately placed an order for more. Would give 5 stars but shipping was delayed a day and USPS didnt notify me. Would be nice to have an alternative shipping method--maybe I'm blind?

USPS priority mail delivers orders in 2-3 business days, which is accurate for your order. For shipping, we use USPS, FedEx, and UPS. I bought cartridges from here and they were defective. And I've been a loyal customer. I didnt receive any help or discount on the matter. So now I'm downsizing from here to just half of what I normally buy.

Dear Christopher, We’re sorry to hear you’re having an issue with our cartridges. CCELL cartridges are guaranteed to have less than 1% failure rate. We looked up your order and saw you purchased M6T cartridges. For all M6T cartridges, we have a note added on our website stating, “M6T cartridges are not to be used with 8% terpenes or greater - As this may cause leaking, degradation, or fauliture of the device.” If you are following the instructions stated on website, the likelihood of mechanical failure is very rare. We are more than happy to refund you for any unused cartridges or exchange any unused M6T cartridges for TH2. It was awesome that they bumped us up to expedited shipping for the order. I would like for them to restock their options sooner as I had to go with the polymer snap ons which, the website didnt let me know I would need an arbor(?) Press to get on properly. Also, had some issues with them warping while filling with the machine but wasnt a fault of their, but wouldn't have had the problem with the glass screw ons. Extremely happy though, and look forward to coming back very soon!

Out of the 5 CCELL palm batteries I bought. 2 stopped working within a month. 1 has a short so I have to hit it against something just the right way to get it to work. The 2 left that work put out more power than a stick battery. So there's that...
