Dear Nicholas, We’re so sorry to hear you’re having an issue with our cartridges and batteries. We looked into your order and saw you purchased 2 M6T10 cartridges. If your cartridges are leaking, that tell us your material may be too thin, since our cartridges are made and designed for very thick oil. On our website, we have a note stating, "M6T Cartridges are not to be used with 8% terpenes or greater - As this may cause leaking, degradation, or failure of the device." We would love to know what material and percent terpenes are you using to look more into this issue for you. Dear Alec, We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. We require a signature on all orders over $200. We have heard of a lot of customer experience theft, and we do not want that happening to you or any of our other customers. If you prefer, on your next and future orders, you can put "No Signature Required" in the "other notes" section at checkout. We will make sure to add those notes to your order so if we are not home when the package is delivered, the mail courier will leave it at the door. Since we are closed over the weekend, orders placed on Friday or over the weekend are shipped out the following Monday. Once shipped, priority mail is expected to be delivered in 2-3 business days and standard ground in 5-7 business days.
