Jetstream What a machine at first I received one that didn't work and was sent another one and shortly after bought the mini jetstream and shortly after receiving the mini both started to fail once again and I sent many emails until they responded to me and and what a happy day to know that they on warranty and I had only to pay shipping Which is not cheap but 100% worth it thanks .

Their customer support is worse than nonexistent, they will lie to you that your package was shipped while not giving you any tracking info, and then they will just stop answering. UPDATE: Well, their support was able to provide me with a screenshot of tracking so I was able to figure out it's Fedex. And I've got the parcel finally. So updating to 3 stars, since the product is all right. Customer support is still bad.

I bought cartridges from here and they were defective. And I've been a loyal customer. I didnt receive any help or discount on the matter. So now I'm downsizing from here to just half of what I normally buy.

We looked up your order and saw you purchased M6T cartridges. For all M6T cartridges, we have a note added on our website stating, “M6T cartridges are not to be used with 8% terpenes or greater - As this may cause leaking, degradation, or fauliture of the device.” If you are following the instructions stated on website, the likelihood of mechanical failure is very rare. We are more than happy to refund you for any unused cartridges or exchange any unused M6T cartridges for TH2. Pen batteries are not the best, but get the job done have had multiple come not working, or not last that long. Website could use some work, many times ordering does not work right and the discounts the site says you will get for ordering so many items do not register the discount. Coupon codes are next to useless unless you are ordering a single stick device as they dont cover some of the products due to not being allowed to be used on purchases over 150, which doesnt even cover your whole market. Newer vapes are much better quality, battery life is a large improvement as well. Pricing seems to change way too often and with no notice and you add and remove colors but dont take them off pictures of them(i.e the DC dabber mini in silver). Other than all that love the products!

We are currently working with our IT Department to improve our website and your shopping experience. Our coupon codes do not apply to orders that exceeds the $150.00 purchase amount. Our coupon codes also do not work for a portion of the order. The whole order needs to be under $150.00 for the coupon code to work. The reason being, if you are purchasing more than that amount, you are getting the bulk / wholesale pricing; which in turn, is a better discount than the coupon code. On Monday 6/10/19, we were told from CCELL we needed to increase our prices due to the recent tariff increase from China. The price increased from 10% to 25%. We did not want our customers taking the full 25%, so Hamilton Devices is taking 12.1% of that hit. All CCELL products have now increased 12.9%. This is not a Hamilton Devices's decision, but a CCELL decision. All CCELL distributors has had to increase their prices as well. Need to take care when packing carts, leaving them exposed to external debris is not good. They need to check the sizes of their plastic tubes, as the carts don't fit at all.

I like cells but I like thick oil, and it gets halfway done and the wick starts burning and taste horrible. I am forced to make weak batches. Will be looking else where next time

Dear Ryan, We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, but you should not be getting a burnt taste from CCELL cartridges because they do not use a wick. CCELL cartridges are wickless and use a Ceramic Heating Element. If you are having a burnt taste, it usually means 1 of 3 things: - The material has not been properly winterized, which means you're vaping plant material. - The material is too thick and may not be absorbing into the oil bore holes causing burning. - The material is so low ( almost empty ) in the cartridge and again is not being absorbing into the oil bore holes causing burning.
