I purchased the Jetstream mini, looking for a dependable battery unit rather than the lower cost junk. Device arrived and it worked great, for a month. Then it stopped altogether. Customer service required a video of me trying to charge it and then approved a replacement. Which lasted a month and again doesn't work.

Shipping rates are absurd. You could send this in an envelope... 12 bucks to send something the size of a cigarette is utter nonsense. Be honest about your painful prices, or find a better way to move something so small.

Bought two Shiv vaporizers that worked great for about 5 months and then all of a sudden none of my cartridges work anymore and I get the error "Check Atomizer." Not even worth dealing with the warranty return process. Just never buying from them again.

I really loved this device for about 3 months. I noticed the plastic part (not the glass bubbler) starting to crack and eventually the top lid part broke off. I looked to buy a replacement part, but they did not have it. This is very disappointing as the rest of the device still works perfect and it’s now unusable.

Out of the 5 CCELL palm batteries I bought. 2 stopped working within a month. 1 has a short so I have to hit it against something just the right way to get it to work. The 2 left that work put out more power than a stick battery. So there's that...

Promoting coupons that aren’t effective 150 dollar limit on a coupon from a site that I pay well over 150 for is stupid. Good carts though.

Good Afternoon, We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Our coupon codes do not apply to orders that exceeds the $150.00 purchase amount. Our coupon codes also do not work for a portion of the order. The whole order needs to be under $150.00 for the coupon code to work. The reason being, if you are purchasing more than that amount, you are getting the bulk / wholesale pricing; which in turn, is a better discount than the coupon code. If you have any further questions or concerns, please reach out to our Customer Service Support Team at [email protected] or by phone at 833-656-6565 M-F, 9am-4pm PST.
