Placed a $200 order but was missing one battery pack. I emailed them and they called me a liar. They really think I would lie to them to save $16 on a $200 order? Consumers have no recourse here. Pay for what you need but they only ship what they want then call you a liar. Buyer beware. This place WILL RIP YOU OFF. Hamilton Devices is a terrible company to spend your honest money at. Never again.

I ordered a battery from them. It was mailed priority mail but I never received the device. I was told there was nothing Hamilton will do and that I would have to file a claim with the post office. That is not great customer support. The post office can refuse my claim if they wish and I have no recourse. This means I could be out of pocket 42.00 for nothing!

Great service, great brand quality, the sick marketing made the difference for me when it came to choosing hamiltondevices. Always great quality products as well. Love my new shiv.

This is the only place I buy my ccell cartridges. Good luck finding authentic elsewhere. If your buying copies your smoking metal and other stuff. If you care about your health buy here

Called customer service number and explained issue with recently purchased product. Was told someone will call me back in a few minutes. After I called back 3 hours later, I was told someone will call me. Finally someone called after several hours and I spoke with Mark and he hung up on me twice. I called back and spoke with him for 3rd time and he refused to offer or honor refund. This review has been cross posted and a complaint with the BBB has been filed. A dispute with my credit card company will occur as well. Screw this company. They want to fight and take my money for a defective product lol sorry you won't win.

Oh wow! Finally I've found the third party reviews. I see Hamilton has been editing other peoples reviews as well!! But yup I'm the most recent review edit victim from Hamilton. I left a four star review on their website for their ps1. I was trying to ask the community for troubleshooting advice. But I never got any legitimate advice as Hamilton REFUSED to post my HONEST review on their website. Their ps1, cube, and pb1 of theirs have all broken after owning them only a few months. Hamilton told me they can replace them but they were extremely clear it would be at my expense for shipping and then I'd have to wait for shipping there and back. Even Walmart doesn't ask you to pay for their mistakes when returning poorly manufactured and broken products. That's not service. I've boughten hundreds of empty ccells from them. Now I'll shop at nuvape.net Nuvape actually attempts to satisify their customers. I would never do business with Hamilton seeing as his they have a dishonest history of review editing. I'm tired of their cheap plastic syringes they keep handing to me. They are garbage syringes and I must always trash them. I wish Hamilton wouldn't purposely give me cheap plastic syringes when buying carts. Its wasteful to send me uselass crap.

Purchased a Silo battery. It is a p.o.s. and didn't work right from first use. I reviewed and rated it as such. Hamilton deleted my bad review. If you look at the ratings on their site, every single product is 5 star rated. Gee, wonder how that can be? Oh, they just delete all the bad reviews, thats how. Avoid, there are many honest sellers online that don't manipulate ratings, Hamilton isn't one.

I really loved this device for about 3 months. I noticed the plastic part (not the glass bubbler) starting to crack and eventually the top lid part broke off. I looked to buy a replacement part, but they did not have it. This is very disappointing as the rest of the device still works perfect and it’s now unusable.
