Up here in Canada we LOVE these devices.

Great packing and packaging of…
Great packing and packaging of products. Glass cartridges were inserted into these foam block packers and then wrapped and bagged up. Other companies have sent me carts loose in bags, broken. Good peace of mind with packaging for shipping here :D

I like cells but I like thick oil
I like cells but I like thick oil, and it gets halfway done and the wick starts burning and taste horrible. I am forced to make weak batches. Will be looking else where next time

Dear Ryan, We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, but you should not be getting a burnt taste from CCELL cartridges because they do not use a wick. CCELL cartridges are wickless and use a Ceramic Heating Element. If you are having a burnt taste, it usually means 1 of 3 things: - The material has not been properly winterized, which means you're vaping plant material. - The material is too thick and may not be absorbing into the oil bore holes causing burning. - The material is so low ( almost empty ) in the cartridge and again is not being absorbing into the oil bore holes causing burning.
