Hamilton BeachReviews of hamiltonbeach.com

We had bought a Hamilton Beach bread maker. About a year to date we had a problem, but they replaced it for us. We were very happy and liked the product!!

I’d give zero if that was an option. I’ve asked for a supervisor, my replacement coffee maker leaks. I’ve offered to send a video so they can fix the problem w the manufacture. Many months later the rep tells the replacement is out of stock. It’s now back in stock, but my discount had expired. Why a discount on a warranty product?? I’ll never buy this brand again - worst customer service ever. How can they not have a supervisor??? I’ll be sharing my emails w the BBB. Update - not sure if this a coincidence to writing this review. I’ve now been offered a 50 % discount. Since I was thrilled w my first coffee maker years ago, I’m going to give another model a chance w the discount provided.

I bought Hamilton Beach works with Alexa Smart Coffee Maker for my travel trailer. I used to take a full-size coffee maker with me on trips, but now it's not necessary because I will have this small one in my trailer. It is very convenient and compact. I'm very glad that I bought it.

New Bread Maker, when I called for a basic answer to a question. No one is available. COVID 19. Here we are in November and you are using that excuse for not communicating. I went to the website and looked so see answers to frequent questions, I needed to enter the product name. Bread machines not listed. I went to send an email again I needed to enter product name. Again not listed. I will return the machine and buy a different brand.

I purchased the Hamilton Beach Multicooker 4.5 Q Model 37571. I am so disappointed as the inner pots coating (which is supposed to be non stick) is coming off, after just 4 uses, despite me following their guidelines and using no metal utensils. My attempts to get in touch with someone have been extremely frustrating as no one replies to my emails and they do not have anyone manning the phones, due they say to protect their employees! Is no one working at all, surely my phone call or email will not compromise their health. They have made it virtually impossible to reach anyone, either by phone or email, which is what they say to do. HELP!!!! Has any other customers of Hamilton Beach found the same problem?

I purchased an air filter directly from Hamilton Beach. I have 3 other True Air filters and they are great but when I placed the order I actually wanted 2 and that would include free shipping. I realized immediately that I had made a mistake went to customer service and you can't call them you can only email. After 3 emails asking them to either change my order to 2 units or cancel it they did neither. They said oh sorry it's already shipping - this is 2 weeks later. Then somehow they shipped the unit to my billing address and not where I wanted it sent. Now if I return the unit I'm minus the $25 shipping fee. Won't be doing this AGAIN.

I purchased the Air Fryer Toaster Oven. When using it, it exploded and the front glass shattered everywhere.

Bought a 14 cup drip coffee maker. Unfortunately, the carafe was dropped on the counter and cracked. I've been waiting over 3 months for HB to get this carafe in stock to no avail. If you're going to offer a 14 cup coffeemaker you'd think they would have typical parts like a replacement carafe stocked. Will never buy an HB product again.
