I purchased an air fryer from Hamilton beach, too large and I needed to return to the company. I called for authorization return label, several times no answer, email several times, no responses. I don’t feel I should pay for the return of new product. Poor customer service. Company doesn’t return calls, will never order from Hamilton Beach again!

Purchased FlexBrew 2 months ago. After 1 month, single serve stop working. Customer told me sorry, it was out of stock, but if I wanted to select another equivalent or less from their website. Due to Covid they chose to redo their website. When it came back up, FlexBrew was back in stock. Kenneth informed me that was the new and improved FlexBrew and was $20 more and if I wanted that one, I would have to pay the difference. Guess I'm going back to Cuisinart!!!

I recently made a warranty claim with Hamilton Beach Canada over a broken juicer that was well within its 5-year warranty period. Initially, they were very receptive and forthcoming. However, when it came to actually replacing and/or choosing a different small appliance within the price point (as they had offered), nothing I selected seem to be in stock and would not tell me what other appliances were 'in stock'. I gave up and will never purchase a HB product again.

I purchased a 4-slice Stainless Steel Toaster in January 2020 hoping to have something that matched our kitchen decor as well as was a good operating appliance. It isn't! a good product at all. It is thin material, does not toast evenly and just poor quality. The best I can tell, because we do not have the box, the model #24910 or #24911. WE USED TO BUY ALL OUR SMALL APPLIANCES FROM HB FOR THE QUALITY OF THE PRODUCTS AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE. RECENTLY WE ARE SUFFERING FROM THE PRODUCTS AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AS WELL. OUR KETTLE SUDDENLY THE POWER WAS OFF WITHOUT A REASON SO WE SENT AN EMAIL WITH THE MODE, SERIES# AND PHOTOS TO HB. AFTER BEING IN A COMMUNICATION FOR 40 DAYS, THEY SENT US A COFFEE BREWER INSTEAD. WE EMAILED THEM BACK AND THEY ASKED TO RETURN THE MACHINE AND WAIT FOR MORE THAN 15 DAYS TO RESHIP THE CORRECT KETTLE. WE ASKED THEM THAT WE WILL BE KEEPING IT SINCE ITS THE SAME PRICE AND WE WILL BUY A NEW KETTLE. WE HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THE NEW ONE IN LESS THAN A MONTH AND WE SENT THEM AN EMAIL AND NOW WE WILL GO THROUGH THE LONG PROCEDURES WITH NO LUCK. THEY HAVE ASKED FOR THE INVOICE AND WE INFORMED WE ONLY HAVE THE BOX IN AN EXCELLENT CONDITION SINCE ITS NEW.WE ARE REALLY UPSET FROM THEIR SERVICES AND PRODUCTS NOW AND WILL SURELY SWITCH TO ANOTHER BRAND

The glass lid on my Hamilton Beach slow cooker exploded. That's right. No previous damage or misuse - it just shattered glass all over my kitchen and food. HB Customer Service literally told me "glass is fragile". ...?!?! Then they offered me a coupon for free shipping if I bought the $21 replacement lid. Yeah, no. I'm disappointed and furious with the defective product and their horrendous, unempathetic customer service. Definitely not buying Hamilton Beach products, ever again.

Purchased a Brew Station direct from Hamilton Beach. Shipping took a very long time. Our 1st use, we knew the machine was no good. It leaked coffee everywhere. I reached out to HB. Their phone lines are down to Covid. Email takes 3 to 4 days before they respond. The brew station has since been returned via UPS at their request. But they never refunded us our money. There is no way to contact a real person. When they send an email they tell you not to respond. They have the product we paid for as well as our money. Stay clear of Hamilton Beach!

I purchased the $120 Hamilton Beach FlexBrew 2-in-1 Coffee Maker in December 2019 to replace my 15yr old, $40 Cuisinart coffee maker that worked perfectly because I really wanted the single-cup option along with the 12 cup carafe. In May 2020, just 5 months later, the single-cup lid no longer clicks shut. Since I did not save the receipt (because I assumed HB was a much better brand), HB sent me a purchase code to get free shipping IF I purchased a NEW coffee maker from their website. Free shipping...? That's just a slap in the face from "customer service". I will NEVER purchase another thing from Hamilton Beach.
