Product shipped quickly and works well.

The product sucks and trying to get in touch with them to return sucks even more. I have called and called left voicemails tried doing the chat thing tried emailing few times and has yet had any luck. Do Not purchase If you read I have tried to email few times with no return emails. This is a lie I can screen shot every email with no response but whatever In fact im still waiting for a response so I can return this pos product.

I've ordered (#33663) Hypertrax Multi-Functional Traction Device in February 2023. I used it for almost a year now with no change at all regarding neck stiffness, tension, soreness or flexibility. Also it is quite noisy so it is even hard to relax. I should have never bought it.

Great tutorials about products, excelent videos and it seems like good price, but i still have to receive the product and try iy out to chek the quality of it

Both my wife and I used the Halipax Hypertrax. It was not effective for cervical care, muscle stimulation or decompression. I purchased it from an ad on the internet. If I had tried it out before I made the purchase I would have not bought the device.

This is a good product.

Excellent delivery - great device and looking forward to it helping me going forward I did use it but it gave me some neck pain - I suffer with that and head pain too -that’s why I bought it - but thinking I used it for too long rather than gradually building up the time using but I will start again with only perhaps 3 mi utes and build gradually

I'M very much disappointed in the fact that I ordered one color and got a different one. With no notification of why. Also the quality of the item was extremely cheap and disappointing. I will never buy from them again. Nor will I alloy any family member buy from them.
