Shopping at and working with Halifax has been easy and straightforward. They clearly have a customer focus approach and I’ve received one product with another on the way. The one I have already is top notch no problems whatsoever

The package never came to my residence even though UPS said it was delivered. I told the company and was told it was not their problem and that I needed to file a claim with the UPS since they did not work there. No empathy after paying for an item over $100.
Response from halipax.comJul 20, 2023

Your satisfaction is paramount, and we'll work diligently to make things right. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

The red light hand pan is great, I use it to relax tensions in lower back mostly and it really helps.
