I cannot say enough good things about Hajar Travels! Their customer service is top-notch, and their commitment to providing tailored solutions for every traveler is commendable. My recent trip booked through Hajar Travels was smooth and stress-free, thanks to their efficient team. Highly recommended!

I had an amazing experience with Hajar Travels! Their knowledgeable staff helped me plan the perfect holiday getaway within my budget. The level of professionalism and expertise demonstrated by the team exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be using Hajar Travels for my future travel needs.

We booked a family Umrah trip through Hajar Travels with a very positive experience and a personal connection with Hubaiba. From the beginning of our travel plans to the end, Hubaiba was in communication with us and guided our entire experience. The arrangements with the shuttle services at the airport, hotels were noneventful and very punctual. The hotels were nice with clean rooms, good breakfast option and courteous staff. Location of our hotels were very close to the Masjid Nabawi in Medina and Haram Shareef in Mecca. The flight options were also very good and accommodating our preferences. We plan to use Hajar Travels again when booking a Umrah / Hajj trip in the future.

Brother Mohamed Taqi arranged our trip in a short notice. Every thing was organized well

I WISH I CAN GIVE THEM A ZERO. This was suppose to be a special trip as it is for Millions of Muslims. Bullying and pressuring to pay through Bank transfers and bank wires. Gave no information about the trip besides a half filled itinerary and an airline ticket reservation that the AIRLINE itself could NOT open and see. Had to cancel our Umrah trip due to COVID and realized that THEY NEVER CONFIRMED ANYTHING. I asked multiple times for the confirmations and all info to be sent via email, but nothing was sent. Obviously this is my fault along with the LOW LIFE behavior of this Company. At the last second he told me that hotels were non refundable ( even though no reservations were made) and the cancellation policy for the airlines tickets were 50 percent ($600) instead of the $190 per ticket I was told by Saudi Airlines. We lost so much money that we are BROKEN about any further trips to Mecca. I feel shame and pitty on Mohammad Taqi, or whatever his name is. HE WILL LIE IN THE REPLY! Watch and wait

This was our first Umrah, so I thought going there with help would be good. So, I booked the trip via Hajar Travels. All the amounts paid were expensive including the flights and hotels. Bookings were good and the overall ground transportation arrangement was fine too. But here are the main issues, the agent told me he had upgraded our hotel in Madinah to a better 5-star hotel. When we entered the hotel and then our room I realized we had been scammed. The rooms the hotel gave us were not even 2-star value. I complained to the hotel as well as to Hajar Travels but none of them could do anything that forced us to compromise and continue to stay in the 2-star room with family for 3 nights and that was not a pleasant experience. The problem with the ground transportation including the sightseeing tour (ziarath) is that none of their drivers or guides could speak English and they had very little to no knowledge. The 2-hour tour in both Makkah and Madinah was just a drive away tour outlining the sights with very high-level information. I requested a partial refund for the undervalued rooms in Madinah but they don't seem to have a policy to refund funds once paid. I would warn you to stay away from the Hotel Movenpick in Madinah. If this agency books your rooms there, deny it right away. In summary, for the amount of money I paid as a package I don't think I got the value for it and it's not worth it. Next time, I would go to Umrah on my own unless I find that this agency has changed things drastically and offers more for less money.

The communication was almost perfect, I like to thank Shazim Iftikhar who was there for me from the beginning. This was my first Umra with my 16 years old twins I was very nervous but everything went as planned Alhamdulillah. We had transportations and guides which was very helpful. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because some of our guides did not speak/understand English but we had google translate. I definitely recommend this travel company and Shazim Iftikhar.

Our family of 5 had a wonderful experience during our December umrah, Alhamdullilah. Everything was beautifully coordinated and seamless starting from our initial enquiry, throughout our stay in Mecca and Madina, all the way through our return to the US. The entire staff and Hajar’s teams both in the US and Saudi were extremely responsive (especially Sister Hubaiba Farooq who constantly stayed in touch with us even while we were in Saudi). She was a pleasure to work with. The hotels Sister Hubaiba had recommended were outstanding - clean with an amazing breakfast buffet and in close proximity to both Haram, within a couple minute walk. The ziyarah was also excellent. Brother Younas was a very knowledgeable and friendly tour guide. It was comforting to know that we had a team that put their sincere effort to making it a rewarding experience - may He accept. Overall we have no hesitation in giving Hajar Travel 5 stars for an economical yet high quality Umrah experience. We’d strongly recommend them without reservation.
