This product is brilliant, I have suffered from psoriasis on my scalp for years and nothing worked not prescription shampoos because of chemicals and frothing agents, nor ordinary shampoos for the same reasons,I have to make sure that it is rinsed out thoroughly or my hair looks greasy but on the plus side my hair is no longer frizzy; you do have to take time rinsing excess product out of your hair and then it is perfect; my hairdresser is astounded and has bought some for his partner who also suffers from psoriasis of the scalp, an amazing product my hair used to be very wavy but no longer I now I have the hair I longed for in my teens

I wish I read the reviews before. My hair usually get oily on day 2 and they are now oily straight after I wash them with this shampoo. I can’t believe they are selling it at this price. It’s a scam with great Marketing.

Poor product - actually lost hair. Requested to cancel before the holidays, they did not do so. ended sending two more crqppy products. disputed charge with PayPal. What a mess.

I agree with the positive and negative reviews. This product is very over priced and I won’t be purchasing it regularly. I have fine hair that gets pretty tangled. Hairstorys wash smells lovely and my hair feels fresh and clean. But it is a pig to wash out. If the water you use isn’t really hot ( which isn’t good for your hair ) and you don’t do it for a good five minutes, you’ll end up needing to rewash your hair. So highs and lows. I’m sure there’s something that does just as good a job without the hassle with the rinse, and possibly cheaper too. I’ll keep searching!

I absolutely love this product. I initially tried a friends and did not rate it, feeling like my hair was greasy and gross after washing. My friend gave me some more to try and told me to really make sure I rinsed it out thoroughly. I followed the instructions on the site to the tee (massaged really thoroughly, comb through, leave on hair for a few minutes and rinse thoroughly) and I was blown away with how my hair felt! Every wash since the condition of my hair has improved. I now can last around 4 days between washes, and I suspect this will increase when I have my colour done. My hair looks amazing every day. My hair is blonde (highly bleached), thick and wavy. I will never use anything else!

Love love love!! My blowouts last longer and my hair is soft and shiny. A small amount of New Wash goes a long way, so do y over use it. Be sure to rinse really well and you’ll love it too.

I have now been using New Wash (Original and Deep) since October and my hair has never been greasier. I have to wash every day, compared to shampoo which was 2-3 days before washing. I emailed with them to ask if this was normal, and they suggested I try Deep. But no difference. I was hoping this was it, the right product for my dry, thin hair but no, not at all. I will keep looking and hoping also I could still get a refund as both products did not work at all.

UPDATED: They've decided to heed my warning and a day after this review have refunded my account. I have to agree with the reviews here. If I had only paid more attention to the reviews! (Sigh) First of all, I had NO idea that my one-time purchase would sign me up for a subscription. Not only did I not want another bottle of product, I now am having the time of my life trying to get a refund. My guess is they do not let you return anything. That's just BAD customer service! I know they've received my emails because they confirmed my subscription is cancelled but did not address the return. The first three emails I did receive a response but they only included a link for returns that sends you circling through their website, which doesn't have anything on it regarding their policy or how to mail the unwanted product back. Dirty. Rotten. Scoundrals. You've been warned!
