For the Organic Hydrolyzed Keratin Instant Smoother System, please make sure to follow these following steps: 1.Shampoo your hair with the Mayraki Purifying Shampoo (Pre- treatment Shampoo), specially formulated anti-residue; The deep clarifying Shampoo to prepare your hair for the optimal treatment result. 2.Towel Dry. Solution surrounds each hair shaft with proactive keratin layers to smooth and relax the cuticle. Allow the hair to absorb solution for 50 minutes. For thick or curly hair, coarse hair will need to 1.5 hours to let the treatment full penetrated into hair strands. 3. Rinse off, and Blow dry to 70-80% as straight as possible with a flat or round brush. Use flat iron as personal preference. Style as desired. Please try it one more time as we have confirm results that's working well if the instructions were followed. It's crucial that need to apply SUFFICIENT amount of products to penetrate into the hair strands as Mayraki Keratin treatment doesn't contain any formaldehyde, it requires more than normal Salon Brazilian Blowout. We have Customers's feed back to us that if they do not use enough amount then the hair will not be getting the idea results. Hi Harika, Thank you very much for your feedback. We take our customer satisfaction seriously and are glad to hear from you. First, I would like to apologize for the frustration you've been experiencing with our product, and I want you to know that we appreciate your feedback and we will certainly make it right for you. Regards to our anti-gray hair restore treatment, the time to see effectiveness depends on how much gray area that our customer have for their hair, and also how long is the hair has turned gray. It needs to apply daily at the beginning and normally it would take 3-4 weeks to see the difference, sometimes it takes much more faster and we have customer feedback that they are able to see the results after a week. Once the hair color has been restored, then just need to apply 1-2 times per week to maintain the nutritional supply to hair roots. For the stains of the products, we are aware of that as well. As we have mentioned on our website, this treatment has its original color from herbal extract , it might causes some stains on hands when applying. We would advise to use it in the bathroom and remove it immediately by running water if there is any drips on washing counter or tiles. Please make sure blow dry before going to bed, to avoid stains on pillows.
