I wish I can give it a negative review. The product was fine for few days but then it started causing allergy on my forehead area. It also gave blisters on my hand and cost me 200 dollars from a dermatologist to get it fixed. The dermatologist said this might be called an "id reaction" - this is where the immune system is so activated from your allergic reaction on another part of the body that rash starts coming up in other places. Please dont use it. I used their anti hair graying solution. Just for reference: I have done patch reaction test as directed in the box for few days. Allergy did not happen for seven days. Even after then I started using product only on a section of my hair for few days. My scalp got itchy and I started getting allergy on the forehead. It also started giving me headache. Well even after carefully and slowly introducing this product it gave me reaction. This is a horrible product and is not natural. Please don’t use this product.

Smells like hair dye. Deposits small pigment into shaft slowly and turns into a brassy color. Total bs product. More efficient to just dye the grays every 6 weeks. I feel foolish.

I bought my product and the tracking number does not work, I have sent emails and I have tried to communicate with them and nobody gives me an answer about the products and the debit was made to my credit card. I need an answer? Are they going to send them or I just need the money back.

UPDATE: I can confirm to Mayraki, as they already well know, that I followed the instructions to the letter. The keratin treatment is no better than an intensive conditioner and the results (underwhelming as it was) is gone by the next wash. They have never bothered to have a proper direct email exchange with me to investigate why their much (self) acclaimed product did not work, and why their first reaction was to offer me a new formula to the one they opriginally sent. This has been a MASSIVE waste of money. You can spend 5 x less for the same result. _______ Unfortunately I can confirm another bad experience of the Keratin smoothing product and the customer service. The keratin did not work for me and I followed the instructions to the letter and sent Mayraki an email with photographs of the poor results. The treatment is no better than an intensive conditioner that you can buy for under £10 and the effect is gone after 1 wash. Mayraki did not adhere to their customer satisfaction guarantee, and had to be chased by email several times. I asked them to explain why I would have such a poor result (my hair isn't frizzy just dry) and they gave no explanation but offered me a free bottle of the new formula of the Keratin. I said I would rather begin with a discussion of my poor results rather than embark on another time-consuming trial. Later, with no reply despite them saying they understood and would consult their experts, I asked for a refund of the unopened bottle in the 2-pack I purchased and they said I would need to send it back to New York from the UK at my own cost. So, no effective response to my complaint and no reasonable return service. I would avoid them at all costs as their 'solution' is at a premium price but appears to be no different from an enriched or intensive conditioner which you can purchase for far less expense.

THEY ARE A SCAM. THEIR WEBSITE SAYS THEY WILL REFUND YOUR MONEY IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED. THEIR PRODUCT TURNED MY FINGERNAILS BLACK AND IT ALSO DIDN'T WORK ON MY GRAYS. THEY HAVE ME THE RUN AROUND VIA EMAIL FOR OVER A MONTH AND NEVER REFUNDED ME. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. THEY ARE THIEVES.

The worst product ever never worked. I spent almost $300 to buy the grey coverage but as soon as I stopped it after a couple of days my grey hairs came back. I used this product for over two months. The shampoo was supposed to stop my hair loss, it increased it. Never try it. Worst ever. Fake product.

I was so excited to get my restore I started using it about 5 months ago was a liquid brown in colr worked well for about 3 months now makes my head itch and burn every time I use it and gives me dandruff also is a gel now instead of a liquid which is fine but I'm not sure why the reaction after a few months of working well. mabey I could get some feed back on what to do others products in this company seem to work im at a loss.

I have used this product for over 6 months and while I was initially pleased with the results for covering my gray hairs, this product has loosened my curl pattern significantly. I did not notice this initially with 4B-4C hair that has tightly coiled ringlets and zig-zags... I can grow 1 inch of hair that looks like 1/4 of an inch unless pulled straight with fingers.. Now, since using the color restorer, the top parts, the new growth looks frizzy and undefined versus the untreated hair that is well defined with beautiful ringlets. This may not seen like a big deal, but the top now tangles easier and is not as visually appealing. There should be a disclaimer so patrons may make an informed decision. My last purchase was the end of December 2020.
