Update 2 Oct 2026: I totally love this keratin treatment. It did relax my waves more than expected, but that was probably because I passed the flat iron 6 times over each section during application. Therefore, now instead of 2B wavy hair, I have very loose beach waves, but I don't care as I still have some body. For the first time in my life, I can air dry my hair and it doesn't frizz. I can also get caught in the rain and not have to panic if my hair gets wet. I love it and I am so glad I bought two bottles. I will be ordering more. My hair is smooth and frizz free. I love that I am no longer a slave to my hair! I may try to pass the flat iron over fewer times during my next application to see if more of my waves can be retained. My order #10191220 was showing awaiting fulfilment forever, but patience reigns supreme. I did contact them a few times to ask for updates, but I never got a response, then suddenly I got a shipping confirmation email. The actual shipping time was fast and my order packaged perfectly to avoid damage. All in all, it took approx 3mths from placing my order, so the key I think is to not have any urgency because if you need the items in a hurry, you'll be disappointed. Anyway, I have now applied my Keratin treatment and so far, so good except for it stripping my dye. I expected it would affect my hair dye from reading other reviews, so I am not mad about this. I have coarse wavy hair so will be interesting to see how my hair responded to the treatment. The instructions were clear so hopefully it turns out well! I will update in 48hrs if any issues once I can wash my hair.

I been using this product for 3 month. The hair that new growing still gray but lesser and lesser, and my hair is getting healthy and less hair falling. I gave 4 star my hair less fall

Best quality equipment

I do not understand all the bad reviews. I have ordered from Hair Mayraki several times. I always got the product - sometimes it too a while but we all experience supply-chain issues lately. The anti-grey did not work for me - oh well. But the keratin product was terrific and gave me results that I was getting compliments all over the place - and I have long hair so not that easy to keep in good condition. I give them a 4/5.
