26 emails and 4 months later I STILL have not received the full refund I was promised for the keratin products that did not work. The customer service rep has now just started ignoring my emails. Really poor product and horrific customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Update: order number #10023884 We have now had 56 emails and still no resolution!

Fake anti gray product with fake "Before" and "After" photos of the product. Been using it for two months now and as instructed "for better results" and it turned my hair into an orange color!

Okey originally I put the review that this a scam as I did not receive my product after good 3 months and it was very hard to communicate to the support. After posting this message then suddenly I got their attention and I receive the product within few days! Now that I used the product , I am happy with my purchase but I warn you if you have problem, their support is very bad and very slow. That is why I reviewed my post and give them 3 rather than zero. Below is my previous review :-) "This is a scam. I have ordered and paid back in 18 of September Order #10026368 Now in November, nothing has been received. the order tracking link shows the item is still not received by Royal mail and it is on its way to Royal Mail (it has been like that since beginning). The support is too slow and once the answer their answer is not useful and very few and far in between and all the say is "Let us look at situation" and then they disappear again and nothing happening. DO NOT BUY. YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED "

Do not order anything from this company unless you plan to keep it even if it doesn't work out. Their return policy stinks. They will not accept anything that has been opened and tried (so then how does one know if their products actually work?). I am now stuck with a ridiculously expensive bottle of shampoo I cannot use.

The product stains badly and no customer service. The product stains my sink, the counter, the floor, and my clothes. It is a terrible situation in which customer service does not care. They don't even read what I write, just form responses. I asked for escalation to the manager and a week later nothing. Ultimately I had to throw the product in the trash and dispute the charge with my credit card company. This is a very bad company that you want to stay away from no matter what.

I purchased anti gray hair restore treatment. Did not work at all. It dried up and damaged my hair badly. I emailed the customer service they refused to offer a refund or exchange. They said they only take back the unopened items. How will we know if the product is working or not until we open it. I’m not satisfied with their products and customer service. Do not waste money on their super expensive garbage😡

I bought 2 of the Mayraki anti-grey colour restore treatment. I have long, curly hair and it makes my hair extremely dry and matted. It's recommended to be used twice daily, However, due to the extreme dryness it's causing I'm using it as infrequently as possible so it defies the objective as I haven't seen any results due to the infrequent use. I wouldn't recommend this product.

Does anyone know anything about Mayraki hair oil or serum?
