I have received my order started using it on the 4th of July 2021 ,applied it
again later that night before bed,woke up to swollen forehead and around the ears rashes and itching, please refund my money back, apparently this toxic chemicals, I thought It was vegan all natural?, Update, I'm not allergic to pollen, I'm allergic to chemicals, and I also discovered that all the positive comments on their Facebook account, all the customers positive comments all have the same friends on their Facebook pages, update denied refund claiming they couldn't find my order returned, I tracked and it showed it was delivered to their address update, 7/23/21, I got a refund back

Mayraki anti-gray hair restoring treatment is made from 100% vegan, natural, botanical extracts. But it might give some skin reaction to the customers who is allergic to pollen. It just like when we apply raw aloe gel extracted from the plant’s leaves on our face and some people will get stink feelings. Please always do patch test before using on scalp to make sure that there will be no allergic reaction that will occur.

Did Not Work for Me
I bought the Mayraki Anti-gray Hair Color Restoring Treatment (100 ml/3.38 fl. oz ) Set of 2 back in 15th May. I have some white hair (around 7% of my hair) and my hair is thick, curley and black. I am a male. My natural hair colour is black. I wanted a sustainable product that restores my hair colour that also was not a harsh chemical. Something I may use periodically and I thought this product fitted the bill. The claim on the packages is that results will be manifest in four weeks. I would spray in the morning and again in the evening on both occasions I’d massage as directed into my scalp. I continued using it for six weeks to make sure that I’ve given it a full chance. It turned my whites and greys to a dark red. I am not ginger! Two days ago, after completing one bottle I decided not to use the second bottle and my hairdresser dyed my hair black for me using a men’s L’Oréal product. I am a little disappointed because I went through the hassle for six weeks, endured ridicule for having red hair, wasted my money and stained one of my white bathroom lacquered doors in the process. This product behaves more like henna. I would not recommend it and the only reason why I give it two stars is because of the good customer service but it did not work for me though the claim on the packaging is ‘for all hair types’.
UPDATE # 1: I would like to clarify also the red colour I was getting was on former white hair, longer strands of hair (10cm) where the whole strand was red and not just the roots. So it was not ‘hot roots’.
UPDATE # 2: My hair was also not previously coloured when I started using the Mayraki product. I only started colouring it when the Mayraki product did not work.

The red colour you were getting happenens for a few reasons, but the two most likely causes are explained below.
Hot roots occur because the heat from your scalp causes the color at the roots to develop faster than the color on the mid-lengths or ends, so the color at the roots has a lighter colour than the rest of the hair.
Hot roots can also occur if we select a lighter color on our previously colored hair.
How do we prevent Hot Roots?
Tip #1: Keep your Color the same
Your roots color and color through the ends need to match for a smooth color, so avoid touching up with a Lighter, Warmer shade — it’s an instant guarantee for Hot Roots. Use the same Color on your regrowth roots that you used through your ends for one consistent Hair Color.
Tip #2: Flip your Application Routine
When we do hair coloring by using Mayraki Permanent hair dye, apply the from the ends to the lengths of your Hair first, avoiding your roots about 2-3cm, to allow the cooler parts of your Hair more time to process. Then go back and apply to your roots in the last, where the heat from your scalp will help with processing.
Tip #3: Apply evenly on the hair roots, leather thoroughly to avoid overloaded products on the roots.
Tip #4: Do not leave the products more than 40 mins on our hair.
Also, the product is made from herbal and plant. It does not contain any artificial colour or pigment. Having some color changing is a normal effect when it is exposed to the oxygen. When it is accidentally spill on thr surfaces, you can rinse it with water as soon as possible, because it will not dry out immediately, it will be cleaned by water. If it dried out, it can be rinsed with warm water or soapy water. The new batch of product use a spray pump head, so it will not cause stains everything at all.

Never received the package!
They shipped it to a UK address and it never arrived in Italy. They claim it’s all right but it’s clearly not. I’ll see if I get a refund or I have just lost my money… Really bad customer service!!!!
In the tracking there was “delivered to Yodel in UK” - now it says page not found. I am in Italy so I don’t see how could I possibly receive the package. Anyways I am very unhappy about the replies I have been getting from you so I just want my money back now.

Bought this product to reduce the greys on my beard, did a test patch and all was good. ( Mayraki Restore )
After applying, my face started to burn, By 10 hours later my whole face is became swollen and blisters appeared. 20 hours later and my whole face is now a blistering weeping mess and I can hardly talk due to my lips being so swollen. DO NOT BUY !

Please be informed that we have never tested the Anti-grey Hair Color Restoring Treatment to beards as this is only recommended for hair usage. Allergic reaction is expected as Mayraki products are plant based and we have put up indication to do a patch test in the back of the ear or hand first before usage to make sure that there will be no allergic rection that will occur.

The Anti-grey Color Restoring formula…
The Anti-grey Color Restoring formula turned my lighter hair bright orange. I dyed 3 shades darker than usual to cover. The red still shows through! Mayraki has not offered any antidote to the situation and I had to pay for return shipping of the unused box.

I have not received communication from Mayraki since the below response.

Thanks for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry your experience didn’t match your expectations. It was an uncommon instance with the product.
Please be advised that you need to use the anti-gray hair treatment daily morning and night for around 3-4 weeks to see the results. After you see the desired/original color, you will need to stop using it on a daily basis. Instead, applying 1-2 times weekly to supply nutrition to the hair roots in order to maintain the results.

For the Organic Hydrolyzed Keratin Instant Smoother System, please make sure to follow these following steps:
1.Shampoo your hair with the Mayraki Purifying Shampoo (Pre- treatment Shampoo), specially formulated anti-residue; The deep clarifying Shampoo to prepare your hair for the optimal treatment result.
2.Towel Dry. Solution surrounds each hair shaft with proactive keratin layers to smooth and relax the cuticle. Allow the hair to absorb solution for 50 minutes. For thick or curly hair, coarse hair will need to 1.5 hours to let the treatment full penetrated into hair strands.
3. Rinse off, and Blow dry to 70-80% as straight as possible with a flat or round brush. Use flat iron as personal preference. Style as desired.
Please try it one more time as we have confirm results that's working well if the instructions were followed. It's crucial that need to apply SUFFICIENT amount of products to penetrate into the hair strands as Mayraki Keratin treatment doesn't contain any formaldehyde, it requires more than normal Salon Brazilian Blowout. We have Customer's feed back to us that if they do not use enough amount then the hair will not be getting the idea results.

Its Hair Dye
So thought I test this out, even-though they state this is not a hair dye or "No Colouring Pigments" it is a dye. Why? if you use your hands and fingers then you see stained to a brown colour. Still using it with gloves after a few goes, while it slowly change your colour this is no difference in dyeing your hair, once you cut it you have to keep doing it. Would I buy it again, probably not just buy hair dye.
