I would not have used it if it was hair dye. It sas all natural. From day one I applied it ad began itching within 30 minutes. I rinse it and then an hour later I washed it out, because of sever itching. My head blew up as if some placed a t-bone steak under my skin. The swelling traveled down my face. I couldn't even used my facial recognition anymore. I went for medical attention and that seemed to help. This product is not for me.

The restoring treatment is made of 100% natural ingredients but there are some cases that people are allergic to ingredients such as pollen. We do still recommend that you do a patch test before using the product as stated in our website.

Toxic product unsubstantiated claims
This is the trouble with unregulated products & companies making unsubstantiated claims. Their claims are not backed by any scientific research - more worrying they are highly toxic likely to cause allergic reactions. Stay away. (If you are willing to pay that sort of price tag - look into Philip Kingsley, or OWOW - expensive but effective hair care)
There is no way you will ever get a refund of course, oh and they have NO green credentials! The item is not only wrongly described making unsubstantiated claims, but has the most disgusting smell!

Scammers. Say product is paraben free but it isn't. Lie about being able to restore hair colour by stimulating pigment production which is impossible. Absolute rip off merchants.

As stated on our website, the anti-gray restore treatment has its original color from herbal extract instead of transparent form thus it causes stain. It’s just liked what we have got on our hands after flower arrangements or some gardening works. We have recommended that you can use gloves to protect your hands from stains. We have also stated in our website, to avoid stains on your pillow cases to blow dry your hair.

they lie about ingredients
They state on their website that all their products are vegan and paraben free. Yet after I ordered and received my products (Anti Hairloss and & Hair Growth Shampoo Kit), the ingredient list showed methylparaben.
When I contacted them about it, they blew me off and would not send me a free return label. The return shipping would have been more than $20 so I did not return.

BE AWARE ABOUT STRONG ALLERGY
I applyed anti grey treatment only once , after a few hours I was really close to go to hospital
finally I decided to take one week off from my job because I had serious allergy Red and Swollen skin also I noticed brown liquid was released from my skin Also I noticed Swollen lymph nodes.
I made payment 98 dolars via paylal however they doing any trick with e mail and finally even paypal didnt refund my money back (item was returned with tracking )

Turns brown hair ginger!!
I bought the dark golden brown gray hair coverage and it turned my hair ginger! When I sent a pic (which they requested as they didn’t believe me) showing the result to the company, all I got was a sorry for the inconvenience caused and that I had to go to the hair salon and pay to have it removed! Literally the most patronising response. They didn’t offer any refund or a compensation. This is why I don’t buy from businesses like these as I feel they falsely advertise their business and I wouldn’t be surprised if they had fake reviews
Following your reply, none of this information is provided before hand. The product comes in a box with no leaflet or instructions. It’s very useless to me now isn’t it? Your email to me had none of this information or help. My order number is 10066778, what is it that you can do for me??. All I was offered for £10 for any of your other product which is very pathetic. You can see a big contrast in your reviews. You either got people loving it or hating it. This is very suspicious in the authenticity of your reviews of the product. I wish I read the reviews before wasting my money.

Furthermore, we want to share more information about what happened to your hair. It is what we call hot roots. Hot roots happens when we select a lighter color on our previously colored hair or it occurs due to the heat from your scalp causes the color at the roots to develop faster than the color on the mid-lengths or ends, so the color at the roots has a lighter colour than the rest of the hair. To prevent this, you need to apply the dye shampoo from the ends to the lengths of your Hair first, avoiding your roots about 2-3cm, to allow the cooler parts of your Hair more time to process. Then go back and apply to your roots in the last.
Also, a quicker resolution would be to mix the one you have on hand with the gray coverage leather black color with a ration of 3:1.
Again, we are deeply sorry that you have to experience such thing. We always strive hard to make sure our customers are happy with the results as well as customer service, logistics, etc. We will wait for your order ID#.
