I do not recommend it because after 10 days of use sudden itchy red scalp burned forehead it actually happened. Then stopped using help medicine to stop my scars on forehead or scalp, I tried to talk with admin they just said sorry, so be aware can cause damage to your skin and scalp. Careful.

Terrible customer service
I purchased two bottles and had a terrible result leaving ginger orange stains on the skin around my scalp I contacted Maytaki via email who would not refund the opened bottle even though only used once so I returned the new sealed unopened bottle tracked recorded delivery as instructed by Ria the customer service agent. They received my return on the 11th March and after many emails Ria just says the correct department has not authorised the refund it is now the 29th March and still no reply or refund. I’ve lost the money for the opened bottle as Maytaki would not authorise the refund and also the bottle I returned tracked postage at my cost has still not been refunded. Absolutely terrible product and a complete waste of money.
Disgraceful behaviour from this company.
No refund received! Maytaki had the new sealed bottle returned via tracked delivery they received it back 11th March now 30th March still no refund !!!
Beware you have to fight just to get your money back even when the unused sealed bottle is returned! Awful company AVOID!

Does not work as advertised.
I bought hair meyraki anti grey restoring system after reading a lot of positive (strangely only positive reviews) everywhere - on their website, on Facebook ads etc. I really wanted this to work because I really wanted to get rid of having to use hair color. My natural hair color is black. I have used the product for 1.5 months before writing the feedback here. (3 full bottles used)
1. The cost of the bottles is pretty high. A 100 ml bottle can last for less than a week to 10 days if you have to pump and apply 2 times a day as they instruct.
2. The hair feels quite rough and stiff when I apply and leave it. Especially at the roots. Running dryer after application sort of helps a bit but the hair stays rough.
3. Think enough is said about color stains in the fingers, pillows etc. I used gloves for application and used a hair cover while sleeping to avoid staining the pillows.
4. After rigorous regimen of applying the product twice a day, the greys have turned into a shade of orange. However nowhere close to the claims of restoring the natural colour.
5. If I stopped applying for a day or two or if I left a patch without application, the new hair from the root comes out white. Again contrary to the claims of reversing the greys.
6. When you leave them a 2 or 1 star rating, the feedback gets deleted from their website. No wonder only lovely flowery feedback stay on. There is clearly no way of letting other customers know about real reviews. Not exactly honest ways of working.
The only thing it helped with was that my hair fall has reduced a bit on using it. But all the other claims about restoring natural color is hoax. Definitely not true for darker color hair. Not recommended.

Futhermore, we would like to share more information about the anti-grey treatment. The anti-grey treatment should be used 2 times a day daily to achieve results. The more greys you have, one should use more than 2 to 3 pumps so that the treatment will penetrate and it may take awhile for it to take effect. Furthermore, we also suggest that you concentrate first on one are of your hair to see results. Continuous use of the treatment would help in getting rid of the orange tint on your hair.
We understand, like any other brand, there will be customers who are not satisfied with the results. With that in mind, we will always see to it that we will improve not only the product, but also with our customer service, logistics,etc. We do appreciate this kind of feedback as we always aim to be the best.

I bought the Anti-grey Restoring…
I bought the Anti-grey Restoring Treatment-it stained my hands, sheets, towels, and bedding. I returned the two, and they only refunded my for the second unused bottle. This is a very misleading return policy when it says "30 days easy return policy". I don't know why I paid to return a partially used bottle back to them. I have never had a company do this. Very unhappy!

Bad allergic reaction
I used mayraki antigrey product in germany.It was awful, I had a very bad scalp reaction that after a few months still I cannot dye my hair anymore. At least, they do not refund my money back.

This is a dye- do not buy!!
This is a dye - it stained my sheets, shirts, vanity and everything it touches.
I also suffered from a reaction which caused the front of my scalp, where I applied the anti grey solution, to weep for 4 days. I literally had sticky clear liquid oozing out of my red inflamed scalp. My forehead and face swelled, and had swollen lymph nodes around my neck.

Burning, inflammation and swollen lymph nodes from Restore anti-grey

Thanks for the generic reply which I have seen posted several dozens of times on this site already. If 50 per cent of your customers are having the same/ similar allergic reaction then i think it is fair to say that your product is the problem, and not half of the consumer population.
I am not saying this product doesn't work, but no one can endure a burning and inflamed scalp for 8 weeks to test the theory.

I purchased two bottles of the Anti-grey restore. I know this product takes eight weeks to work, but I don’t think I’ll make it that long because from the first application I have had a severe burning reaction to the product that has inflamed my neck and face and I’ve noticed swollen lymph nodes around my neck and ears.
It’s an expensive product that claims to be organic and free of harsh chemicals but I’m having a similar reaction to the Restore product as I would have to bleach.
I’ve gone through the reviews and 50 per cent of the reviews are really bad with a score of 1/5 because they couldn’t rate you zero. And most complain about the same thing - scalp burning, allergic reaction. Now if 50% of your reviews are bad, instead of writing “I’m sorry for the inconvenience” is it not a better use of your time and resources to assess what in your ingredients list is causing this reaction that is affecting half of your customer base?

The anti-grey restore is made of natural ingredients. But there are some people who are also allergic go these ingredients. It just like when we apply raw aloe gel extracted from the plant’s leaves on our face. Thus we have stated in our website to always do a patch test before using the product.
