Hi, Thank you for sharing your experience and we are sorry to hear that the anti-grey did not work out well for you. We would like to share more information about the anti-grey treatment. The anti-grey treatment should be used 2 times daily for 3 to 4 weeks to achieve results. And once results are achieve we still recommend that you use it 1 to 2 times a week to maintain results. The treatment has its original color from herbal extract instead of transparent form thus the staining. It’s just liked what we have got on our hands after flower arrangements or some gardening works. We always aim to improve our product, as well as logistics, admin work, customer service etc. But like any other brand, there are some customers who are not satisfied and we apologize for this. The anti-grey treatment should be used twice a day, daily, for 3 to 4 weeks to achieve results. We still do recommend that you use it 1 to 2 times a week to maintain results. Results also vary depending on how thick the grey area is.
