I don't even want to give them 1 star, the customer service is worst. If you call nobody answer, if u emai you got reply in 72 hours. I ordered Mayraki Antigrey restoring treatment, order # 10124712. I ordered 2 bottles and it costs me 100.30 usd for this order and when I received my order I opened 1 bottle and tried..it smells like rotten garlic.i contacted customer service after 15 days finally they said u can return only unopened product but on your own cost. How about other bottle...return will cost me $25 from Canada to California. Their customer service and their products are garbage. I don't recommend anybody to use their product. First time in life I had worst experience with this purchase.

I’ve never had a worse experience as a customer than ordering from Mayraki. First, they left a $40 product out of my delivery and didn’t say anything. after contacting customer service twice and waiting 5 days to hear back, they confirmed the product was out if stock and insisted on store credit being my only option. I pushed back and insisted on a refund. Then when my cc was refunded it was for less than HALF the amount of the product. i’m working with my credit card company now to open a fraud claim because their customer service is beyond useless and not honest. Secondly, this anti-gray hair treatment is total pseudoscience. I used it for two weeks following the instructions to T and none of my white hairs changed at all. do yourself a favor and do not buy with them. And if you don’t wanna take my word for it, just try to actually call that customer service number any day of the working week and you’ll find that it doesn’t actually work. In my Mayraki order #10123346 a $39 product (Gray Coverage Permanent Hair Color Dye Shampoo - Hair color for gray hair coverage (500 ml/16.90 fl.oz) (Color: 09 Light Cool Brown)), was left out of my delivery. I would like to open a fraud claim because their customer service is not addressing this correctly.. I also tried contacting the customer service number on their site and it doesn’t actually work.

Horrible company--i ordered 3 bottles of hair color and received only one. For two months back and forth via email because their customer service number doesn't work and they keep wanting a picture of a single bottle i received to somehow proove i don't have the other 2 bottles. Its a nightmare. Do not buy from this company its a scam!!!!

This product is a scam, and they do not honor their moneyback guarantee. The product caused my skin to burn because I have short hair. Nothing in the instructions said it’s not for short hair. Your product made my scout burn. I have a very short natural haircut. Maybe my hair was too short for the use of this product. The instructions did not say it had to be a certain length. So this should not have caused this type of issue. I only purchased this product because it was supposed to be a full refund. If something like this happened. I am really upset you are not honoring your product Please issue a full refund and I will send you the remaining of the product. Order number #10124807 order number

I was skeptical, but purchased the anti-greying product (should have read this site first). It looks like, smells like, stains the sink like a coloring product. It dyed my 90% gray hair a light brown with one application (my eyebrows and natural hair color are almost black). I have zero belief it naturally re-pigments the hair bulb. Common sense would suggest that if this was possible, the large Beauty companies with their Billion dollar R&D budgets would already have a mass marketed product. And who knows what the real ingredients are - I already threw mine in the trash.

For being all natural and herbal there is still something I’m allergic too just like hair dye!

If you Suspect anyone near your area Contact them right away ! Don’t Give Them Any Money Down ! If you can’t see both of the Parents with their babies that’s the first sign ! These people will say I’m a Christian or some other excuse to get your trust Don’t due it ! Hit them below the Belt No Sale No Money !
