First they gave me a non-working tracking number, but the product arrived anyway. That's the good part. Once opened, the product smells and looks like regular hair dye, and stains the same way. Thus, unlike what it states on the bottle, it must contain coloring pigments: Carthamus Tinctorius is in fact safflower, which is used to produce a permanent dye for clothing (Natural Red 26). That would explains some reviews I found where people complained that their hair turned reddish. In addition, even though they ship from a EU distribution center, the product labeling does not meet the EU cosmetics regulation (no country of origin stated, no name and address of manufacturer, no batch number). I won't try my luck by putting it on my skin.

This is con company I tried to cancel the product I wrote a e mail 10 mins later to cancel they didn’t get back until they deliberately dispatched the item … I then requested a refund they refused even though it was their fault … I explained I did try it and developed a very bad rash … they agreed the refund but since they have failed failed to respond to any of my e mail for a full refund inc the the postage This product is laden with bad chemicals do NOT be fooled by the positive reviews it’s a very bad product and a bad company do not trust them do not be fooled by the positive reviews they are only a handful in comparison to the bad reviews

Since last November, my attempt to get a refund has turned into an exhausting saga of +10 emails with customer care, all unanswered effectively. This lack of seriousness isn’t just my experience but is apparently a common theme across all reviews so far. Before you consider ordering from them, take this shared frustration as a clear warning.

Excellent service from the driver and very helpful

Went to return the item that I thought would work for me but it didn't so I washed it since I only wore it once and I told this lady (a little heavierset) and she said it's not the right package it came in that I wore it even though I had the receipt with me. I thought that's sad to throw away a wasted product that doesn't even work. You'd think anymore people will work with you but is all about money, not their condition.

Beware of this scam! It's a total scam. I ordered two bottles and decided to cancel on the same day. The cancellation was confirmed, but despite numerous follow-ups since February 17th, I've yet to receive my refund. It's now March 20th, and I'm still empty-handed. Stay away from this company!
