Excellent care from the Salt Lake team. Wish they would open a center in Boise. There are a bunch of us clients who have to make the 5 hour drive each way.

After 16 years I've always had a pleasant experience and have never experienced any problems with all they've accomplished for me. People still don't know. Just that I still have that young look.

Everyone was sure polite ; however, the hair that grew in remains extremely wavy and difficult to manage. The proposed solution to add more hair is not affordable.

Thank you for your feedback. While we are pleased with your overall positive experience, we are disappointed to hear about the issues you raise. We will be contacting you directly to personally address your concerns. I spoke to Jerry he knew what the resolution was to have a additional surgery but could not afford it at this time. I invited him to come in for a complementary hair cut and trichoview. He said he was not interested at this time.
