Great people and service the outcome will be total satisfaction

I had a good experience with my consultant Charissa. I was nervous & she was there to explain things. I bought the laser cap first & in a couple of months I will be going back to purchase hair replacement fitted for me. My only complaint is when I received laser cap there were parts missing.

I have been unable to contact my consultant at all. Additionally, more hair is falling out than ever! I am not sure what it is but after using the treatments they give me at home, my scalp sometimes itches and burns. Lastly, it is clear that the stylists aren't used to working with textured hair, they kept pulling at my dry hair with a comb even after I said that wouldn't work. My scalp felt awful afterwards.

I have been going to Delray Beach center, I have been using HCM For 30 years. The girl who does my hair there is Van Farrington . She is amazing. Great work ethic and very knowledgeable. Always a good experience with her.
