I ordered the Infinity Rain Scarf and absolutely love it. Not too heavy, great in cold weather/rain/snow. I did have an issue with delivery (delivered to the wrong house) which was handled by customer service immediately. I would absolutely recommend this product.

My experience with Hairbrella was very good! I love my raincoat, but I had to return it because I ordered the incorrect size. Customer service was right on it, with my return and exchange. Very impressive! I even had a chance to wear it. It kept me warm and dry. It fit very well. Even though I don’t need a hat to go with it, I want one! The material is very reliable, the quality of the coat is very well made, including the zipper. Love the pockets!

I purchased a sun hat on December 23, 2025, with an estimated delivery date of December 30–31. After not receiving the item, I contacted customer service on January 7 to inquire about the status. I was then informed that the item is out of stock and was offered either a different color, which I did not want, or a refund to the original form of payment. I am leaving for vacation within the next week and had planned to bring the hat with me. It would have been helpful to be notified when the item went on backorder rather than learning this only after reaching out.

This hair bonnet is wonderful. It stays on all night. My curls last for days. Very comfortable while sleeping. Delivery was quick as well

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered infinity scarf hoods and have been trying to return them since 12/21. They won’t accept the return and keep giving me the run around. Their phone number also goes to a voicemail where they will supposedly call you back. The leave a review button on their official website also does not work. Save yourself the hassle. 1/1/26 update- apparently commenting on social media, BBB, Trustpilot, Shopify, and the CEO’s IG gets a response. In less than 24 hours, they have emailed, called, and reached out via dm to tell me they will give me a complete refund without needing to return the products as well as a $20 credit to my account. So, they have made it right, and for that I give them credit. They have asked me to remove my trustpilot and social media comments and reviews as well. I will not do that, but I will update them with this follow up. Still frustrating that it took me doing all of that for them to finally refund my money. If you have lots of time on your hands to deal with chasing a refund, then order at your own risk. They have given me my money back.

Not great quality materials. The waterproof scarf felt tough and rough. And the return process so far has been a total pain. You have to be ‘approved’ for a return and send photos of the items? Seriously? And a day later, we are still waiting to be ‘approved’ when it was completely unopened and unused. And of course they will charge you for the return on top of the hassle. We won’t be buying from them again.

I wanted to share my wonderful experience with your sleep cap. From the moment I received the product, which arrived quickly and exactly as advertised, I knew I was in for a treat. I've been using it for about a month now, and although it took a few tries to get used to adjusting the clip, I really appreciate not having to constantly retie it like my old hair scarf to keep it snug. Rolling up the front to keep it off my forehead has been a great little trick that works perfectly for me. The best part is how effectively it keeps my hair moisturized and smooth. It's made a noticeable difference, and I couldn't be happier with the results. I would definitely recommend this sleep cap to anyone looking for a reliable way to protect their hair while sleeping. Thanks so much, Hairbrella!
