Great product. It shipped right away. Was just as advertised. The quality is 10/10. Stays on all night and doesn’t budge. But without the dent and tightness you feel when wearing a scarf. Loved it so much had to purchase a second one.

Wife and daughter absolutely love the products. I got my wife and daughter matching sleep HAIRBRELLA bonnet’s. Although they were back ordered of the color I needed, their customer service was awesome. They listed every color available that I can get Christmas and once we decided on color my package was here so fast. Like two days later. I also got my wife the flagship product the HAIRBRELLA and the quality was amazing. I honestly did NOT expect the quality to be THAT good. It feels like it was made by a huge company that’s been making the product for years, not a small company. The sugarplum color is stunning too. I was proud to support a woman owned, minority owned business.

My experience with Hairbrella has been wonderful. I had an issue with my order…the tracking information stated it was delivered…however…I did not receive it. I contacted Hairbrella about my issue and they rectified it immediately! I received the replacement and I have been wearing my hoodie and it is absolutely PERFECT! I LOVE Hairbrella!

Purchase was delayed in transit (to the UK). Customer services actually contacted me to let me know and that they were keeping an eye. We agreed a date that a replacement would be said but fortunately the original arrived, just later than expected. Really impressed with the customer service. Quick responses, helpful and proactive.

Hairbrella works. I bought the swim, shower and sleep cap, plus the rain coat and the rain bonnet. Caps are adjustable and work whether or not I have braids. Raincoat is stylish, not very warm though. I would buy a larger size next time to layer. Products were well packaged and fast shipping

Placed an order on December 2, 2025; it was supposed to arrive by December 9, 2025. I was first told my items were on back order and that I was getting expedited shipping at no additional cost. I still had not received by December 14, 2025, so I reached back out to them and I was told the back order had just came in ad i item was shipping that day. The game me a tracking number and as on December 20, 2025 i had still not received. At this point I was told they would ship overnight and I would have by December 23, 2025. As I look at my original order and the re- order I was told I was getting , i realized they never attempted to send a new order with overnight shipping, as my initial order and the supposedly re-orders had the same tracking number. I will be disputing with my credit card company. These hats were supposed to be my Christmas stocking gifts, now I have to try to find new gifts.

I have the infinity rain scarf and I love it! It keeps my head and neck warm and is perfect to wear when you have a hairstyle that makes it impossible to wear a hat. The satin lining ensures that your hairstyle will remain intact!
