I purchased the Hairbrella Infinity Rain Scarf in black. I had to get my hair done on a rainy Saturday morning and it was pouring when it was time to leave. I pulled out my scarf, covered my head and my fresh silk pressed hair was in perfect condition when I made it home. I am very pleased with how well the scarf worked, as well as how chic it looks with my outfits.

Each item that I purchased has been exactly what I needed for my hair. I know I’ll be purchasing more items.

Excellent customer service experience. Items arrived when promised. I purchased the Satin Lined, Waterproof Infinity Rain Scarf specifically the for our family Christmas vacation in NYC. I stayed warm and my curls survived the snow. I need this in every color.

I purchasing a rain hat from Hairbrella. Nice design and fit so, I purchased several different hats as Christmas gifts. I did not like the design and fit of those hats so I contacted Hairbrella and requested a return. It took three months to finally receive an email that the return had been approved. After promising a refund of the returned hats there was a disappearing act. Finally, nearly a year later, I just sent an email that I would never do business with them again. I am out $300 for nothing.

I cannot say how much I love my Hairbrellas! I could not decide on what color to buy, so I made it easy for me I bought two of them off white and black. You will not be disappointed when you get yours. They are high quality full coverage, your hair will NOT get wet at all, the satin lining is a PLUS, they are going to slide on and slide off and your hair will be entact! I am not disappointed!!!

I emailed Hairbrella customer service today, Jan. 11, 2025, as they will NOT refund my money after returning unused and unopened merchandise to them. Just getting the run around... I ordered from Hairbrella online on Oct. 25, 2025, Order #325642. I ended up not needing their products. I called and emailed them directly and did everything they required to print USPS label they sent me to process a return and full refund. I sent them USPS tracking information proving they received the $173.83 worth of their unopened AND unused merchandise on Nov. 17, 2025. Hairbrella is not honoring their own policy after making me jump through MANY, MANY hoops to do a proper return. I DO NOT WANT STORE CREDIT! I ONLY WANT IMMEDIATE FULL REFUND to the credit card used to make the purchase. I requested a full refund no later than COB, tomorrow, January 12, 2026.

Really excellent customer service throughout however the reason for my review is that the swim cap actually works!! I have hair extensions and cannot get them wet every time I want to go swimming. Traditional swim caps my hair was always still wet however my hair is dry when using this! Will be purchasing a backup!!

This is genius in satin lined love🙌🏾 Thank you. This nap cap has saved me from the occasional headache due to either my bonnet and/ or my sleep mask being too tight.
