I read reviews on returns and can’t speak on that. My order shipped within a few days and got to me in a week’s time. I didn’t need to return anything as everything was good quality and fit. My experience was great, customer service reached out to me and asked what made me purchase from the company and I thought that was a nice touch!

While the outer material is desirable, the concept is very flawed. Because of the lining. which is not satin, it makes the overall cap heavy. The sleep cap made my head sweat. The shower cap is ok, but still too heavy. The rain caps, while they will keep your hair dry, are much too heavy, and more suitable for snowy weather. Even at that, they would still be heavy. I had to give them all away because I’d removed the rags when received because I wanted to believe the reviews I’d read.

Hairbrella makes great products and has responsive customer service. I have ordered several of their products including the waterproof rain scarf. It’s a game changer! No more ruined blowouts from rain or snow, just smooth and dry hair when I walk from the parking lot to my office. I have also purchased the satin lined beanie (excellent and warm!) and night bonnets (no sliding off!). Bravo on elevated basics with hair health in mind!

Bought a Hairbrella sleep bonnet on Amazon and I love this product! I can never keep a bonnet on when I get a silk press but those days are gone with Hairbrella - the adjustable band helped me tighten it enough that it didn’t slip at all during the night. I woke up, took it off and my hair was perfect.

My travel must have! I travel a lot and the hairbrella sun hats have been phenomenal. I chose both colors (best deal) they roll up easily to put in a bag. The quality is amazing. They are stylish, functional and protective of my hair. Thank you Hairbrells! You have a fan!

I absolutely LOVE my Hairbrella products and can’t recommend them enough. I have the sleep caps, shower and swim caps, rain hats and my newest is the rain scarf. The satin linings mean they are never harsh on my hair I even keep a rain hat in my car and one with my box of travel items. Highly recommend, especially for anyone concerned about hair frizzing, breaking or shedding due to hair coverings.

I tried two different swim caps in different sizes and neither of them kept my hair dry. When I tried to return for a refund, per company policy and well within the time limit, I was inundated with AI-generated emails purporting to be all about helping me but in reality gaslighting me by suggesting that I watch a video (I did) and exchange for a new model (I already did that once and did not want to continue to buy and try.) It was very difficult to get past this email thicket to get an actual return label so I can send them back for a refund. I am very disappointed because I expected more from this company.
