* Edit 3/5/26 Initially the company seemed great, but once I submitted a 5 star review, their customer service slid all the way downhill! For the past 5 weeks, we continue to go back and forth over an order. An item was too small, I needed it exchanged. That went well but the replacement was too large. I tried to stop a new order from being shipped because it was the larger size. They took forever to respond, so the newly purchased order was shipped. Once they finally replied, they said I could return the items but it took over 3 weeks for them to follow along. Once they decided to send the corrected order, they sent an item I have not ever ordered, a rain scarf in a color I would not ever order along with a nap cap that looked as if it had been thrown in a reject pile. They did however get the one wide brim sun hat correct. I replied and even made individual entries of what needed to be exchanged - I still have the previous order that is too large. I gave specifics and photos of which items need to be returned and exchanged. Two days later, today, they send me an email indicating that they have sent a shipping label for 1 item! They have said nothing about the item missing or the extra item that I did not order. Nor did they mention the two items that still need to be returned that I need a new shipping label for. So now, I have, I'm assuming 4 items that need to be returned but will the weight of the 4 items be covered by the shipping label sent for the one item they have made it for? AND they have not said which items will be returned to me! Only that once received, I can decide on a refund or exchange. This is absolutely insane! I guess they like wasting money. But for a company that is attempting to garner positive reviews, they're failing. ************************************ I've purchased multiple products this past month after seeing Hairbrella in my news feed for the past few months. All I can ask myself is why I waited so long! Today me and my mom tried the sun hats. They were so comfortable, although I really should have chosen a size up. The ventilated satin lining and moisture absorbing sweatband are just what a gardener needs! It was sunny and warm today and despite having sun sensitivity, I felt cool and protected. The design is great! Believe me when I say this is a quality product. The fabric is durable yet smooth and soft. We've purchased many sun hats over the years, this one is a definitely a keeper. This review would not be complete without addressing their customer service. It's just like product - great! With each order I've had questions and have received prompt responses and top-notch assistance. I really could go on and on about this company and their products, but I'm sure there is a character limit. Thank you Hairbrella! You're the product we never knew we needed. Continued success with your company.

I've been using my satin line sleep cap now for over a week. It has not failed me, it doesnt slip off, It's easy to wear and it doesnt hurt my ears. I love it! Love it so much I purchased a second one.

I purchased the hairbrella water proof hood for a recent trip to London. It far outperformed my expectations! London was cold and had gale force winds one of the days I was there and I was warm, dry and best of all no frizzy hair!!

Come rain or shine this has you covered! Needed something that was cute & packable to keep in my car for sun protection. Well, sudden downpour on a GOOD hair day necessitated pulling this puppy out and, ERMAHGERD, my hair continued to look fab until the end of the day!

I love everything that I’ve purchased from this company. Their products are well made and they truly protect my hair while making me feel stylish.

I briefly interacted with them on Facebook and they now keep on spamming me with texts. I have emailed them countless times and reported them to the ICO but they do not stop despite their promises. A totally unprofessional company with appalling systems and controls. Too incompetent to remove my name and number. And they confused my number with another customer’s number, which is a huge data breach. Do not share any personal details with them as they can’t be trusted.

I absolutely love Hairbrella night cap. What stood out the most for me is the fact that it stays put on my head even though the interior have a silky lining. Another plus for me, the adjustable strap. Very innovative. What also seal the deal for me purchasing... is the fact that it does not leave that annoying line on my forehead that majority of night cap tend to do. I also love the variety of colors to choose from. They had an offer of 20% off if you purchase two. So I got the leopard print limited edition color and the mocha. It is also esthetically pleasing on the eyes. I already mentioned to my friends and family where to shop for their night cap. A satisfied customer who definitely recommend this company.
