Christian made this such a great experience as I was frustrated and edgy coming into the meeting. He listened to me vent and was patient as we navigated through things. He was able to fix my problem in no time and took the extra meeting time to ensure my security setting were set up correctly so this wouldn't happen again.

Greg at Hacked was absolutely amazing! So patient and walked me through each step in recovering my Facebook account when I had no luck doing so on my own. Very professional and customer service was amazing. Fast response, easy access and really good at what they do! Can't recommend enough! Thanks Greg!!!!

Greg listened to my concerns with an empathetic ear and gave me multiple avenues in which to attempt to recover my facebook account. Nine days later I received a reset option from facebook and I was able to recover my memories. It was very important to me to get access to facebook again as it was the repository of my family photos for the last 13 years. Thank you Greg for your knowledge and support.

Very professional and most helpful! I highly recommend! My Facebook account had been hacked since May and no one else was able to help me get it back! But, thanks to my friends at hacked.com, I am back in business!
