Hacked.comReviews of hacked.com

Samburaj was knowledgeable and efficient. He walked me expertly through retrieving my FB account which seemed to be locked irrevocably in the death cycle. I appreciate his patience and expertise. I would highly recommend Hacked to anyone whose had their social media accounts taken hostage as mine were.

My personal Facebook account was hacked. I also had it linked to my business page, creating issues with servicing my clients. Hacked and Greg, the Hacked client support specialist, saved the day with their knowledge and excellent customer service in getting my account back! They are life savers and I highly recommend them!

Aaron was awesome! Got my FB account back that I thought was lost forever. Thanks for saving me years of work trying to get it back.

within 48 hours of contacting them, I had my business' facebook accounts recovered and reestablished (after getting hacked 6 weeks prior and my accounts disabled for copyright infringement by hackers). Samburaj Das was patient with my questions and solved a 6 week firestorm and business shutdown in a matter of 1.5 hours over 2 days. Super grateful.

Aaron Weaver was a life saver tonight. He went above and beyond and with a ton of patience and expertise so that we may be able to resolve and issue that was so upsetting. He was calm and he was extremely aware of best measures and steps in getting the resolution quickly but very thoroughly. He even made some expert future suggestions for me, which I will glean from. Very appreciative!

Jessica was super helpful. My account had been hacked and i had gone through all the steps to no success on my own. However once i got the team at hacked.com involved they helped me regain control of my account and showed me the security steps to put into place to keep it from occurring again.

My mother and I were stuck in a Facebook loop trying to regain control of her account - the hacker had changed the majority of the information that would help us with access and we were at a dead end. We were able to get an appointment with Aaron for the next day, and despite some initial roadblocks he was able to quickly and calmly get us back into the account within 50 minutes. He then doublechecked all security settings and made sure her account was locked down tight so this won't happen again. Totally worth the $95 for such a quick and safe resolution to have my mom back on her page in no time. Thank you Aaron!

Jessica Ferrufino- my client support manager- I can’t thank you enough! It’s been a long road since my account was hacked and you never stopped trying to help me. You always responded and was very helpful from day one! Thanks so much for all of your hard work in my case! My account is restored and I really appreciate all of your assistance!
