If you need to get your account back, they can do it! The negative: the $40 consult is worth nothing. All this amounted to was a charge to set the appointment where I was actually helped. The positive: Other that that, the pricing was straightforward and I felt the appointment time was used efficiently. Christian was very professional and was able to get my facebook account back after being hacked. He knew what to do and how to quide me through it, was kind and patient.

I paid Hacked.com to help me recover my Facebook account that was hacked, my password changed and then my account was disabled by Facebook. Jess helped me in the steps to recover my account and yesterday I got it back, which was a huge relief. Just to set expectations of what the company do, they only tell you the steps to go through yourself, they don't have any way to gain access to your account on your behalf. Ofcourse the first step was to contact Meta support, which I had already done and knew didn't work. The next step is to contact your local MP, which is what worked for me and having read lots of reviews already, seemed to be the option that worked for many others. My local MP was so very helpful and passed my issue onto the Meta team who works for the government. So for anyone thinking to pay for Hacked.com services I would definitely try contacting your local MP FIRST to save you some money. I don't know what the next steps would have been after that if it didn't work so can't comment further about the company.

My FB personal account got hacked and I think was a particularly tough case. It took a month and several zoom calls. I had given up but then the Attorney General's office for MN contacted FB and that is what got the ball rolling. It was Aaron who helped me file a complaint with them. Aaron was really great to work with and very patient. Once in he helped me/advised me on my settings. Thank goodness that nightmare is over. Thank you so much Aaron and Hacked.com

Greg has been very attentive, as he helped me get into my account, but the issue continued as the hackers had created an authenticator code that he was unable to remove. He responded to every email after the call to check on me and let me know what I could do next. After a couple days Facebook had removed that code, and I was able to remove the email of the hacker. Not sure if I would have waited if they would have taken care of the issue without me having to pay the $99. The only disappointment I had was it felt rushed and you are unable to ask any questions in that time frame. That is why I didn't give a 5.

I had given up on ever recovering my IG account, but keeping in contact with my Hacked partner was key in encouraging me to keep in communication with IG. She was available for me to ask questions and I finally got access back.
