Regained access to my FB account after months of trying the ‘solutions’ offered by Meta. Greg Franklin walked me through the process and helped with escalating my issues after a non-response from Facebook. While Meta didn’t respond for months, they finally sent me the links to recover my account successfully.

Facebook neither offers an evident way to restore hacked accounts nor offers support to navigate the process of retrieving them. What hacked.com does however offer is the latter one. Through a comprehensive understanding of the process for retrieving hacked accounts, they were able to assist me in securing my account. My only regret is not enlisting them from the start, as that would have saved me lots of time and effort.

My Facebook account was hacked and after trying to recover it on my own without any success, I contacted Hacked.com. I worked with Greg Franklin who did an amazing job. He was a true professional, knowledgeable, helpful and patient as he helped me through the recovery progress. Wow!! So impressed with this company. My Facebook was hacked and I use it for my business. I couldn’t log in, file a complaint or nothing. I had disappeared.
