I had never set up 2FA with Facebook, so when they got rid of their internal code generator and insisted I needed to use a 3rd party authenticator that they claimed I had already set up, I was stuck. Plus, the codes they insisted were being texted to me were never arriving on my phone. I'd consider myself an extremely savvy researcher and troubleshooter, especially regarding non-hardware related computer matters, bu every obscure and advanced method of recovering access to my account I could find online led me nowhere (I could list at least 10 other advanced methods I tried). I was actually referred to Hacked.com by a friend who is a widely known influencer and a former consultant for Meta. She said she's never seen a situation Hacked.com wasn't able to overcome. So I subscribed, met with the fantastic Christian Erickson, and he got to work. Quickly yet thoroughly, we went through several steps and out-of-the-box methods to reach Meta in order to trigger a response from an actual human (it's notoriously difficult to reach a person through customer service means, or really any other way besides their business vertical, and even then they were helpless). Within a few days of Christian working his magic, I had a response in my inbox and was on my way to regaining access to my account. It's one of the best online services I've ever used, in that it was priced fairly, exceeded the expectations they established through their website's claims, and provided such high value with their effectiveness and efficiency. It's also a reasonably priced subscription service and their capabilities reach beyond just FB account recovery, so I'm now a subscriber for the indefinite future, because you just never know when you'll need an online advocate or tech professional.

Greg is phenomenal to work with. He is very professional and was with me step by step through getting my Facebook page back. I thought all hope was gone. This is a legit review. 10/10 recommend if you find yourself in the situation I was in.
