I SENT THEM 3 MESSAGES. I HAVE NOT HEARD BACK. IT HAS BEEN WEEKS. I hired this company to attempt to get my hacked Facebook group back. I was the admin and creator of a large Facebook group. I am a disabled woman of 66 years old. This company took advantage of me at a very vulnerable time . I paid over $650.00, at that time they billed per the call, with absolutely no results. After having a number of calls, the representative, Christian admitted that they have no special way of contacting Facebook to get them to review an account hack and to get it reinstated. And that there is no way to get a Facebook group back. This was after 8 calls, for which I was billed of course in advance- I have email confirmation of each of these calls. He told me to contact my Congress person at the end of all of this. It didn't work. I requested a refund back and got nothing back from this fraudulent company. Don't think you will get a refund from them when they don't help you. And they won't. Ask for actual references of people, that you can actually confirm, who can attest that hackers.com actually helped get their accounts back before you pay them a dime. They kept telling me they could help me, and that they would get references to me but that it was urgent I pay them for their help. They took advantage of an elderly disabled woman. I was foolish. Beware! Update- I am going to reach out to their owner- If I can't resolve this, I will be posting my email and will provide full evidence of my experience. UPDATE: I DID REACH OUT TO THE EMAIL BELOW AND HAVE HEARD NOTHING. I WILL CONTACT THEM ONCE MORE. IF YOU NEED A REFUND, DON'T ASSUME YOU WILL GET IT.

This is a fraudulent operation selling empty promises. They claim to be cybersecurity “experts,” but their actual skills barely go beyond basic password recovery and simple social media access. This company sells snake oil, not real cybersecurity. Fooled my friend out of money who though these people were legit . The founder Jonas is a money grabber who will go over dead bodies for an extra $. Disgusting

They are professional scammers, by professional I mean they are great thieves these reviews must be by themselves to lure you. Use them at your own risk. They cannot hack anything. $750 stolen I cannot believe I was this gullible!

Hi, I just want to give a completely honest review in hopes I can save sone of you time and money. I used hacked.com when my Instagram account got hacked and all recovery attempts failed. I want you guys to know this is NOT a hacking company but rather a company who can give you knowledge on how to get your account back. Meta actually are the ones who gave my account back. All hacked.com did was tell me to buy 15$ subscription from meta verified on Facebook and BOOM. I was able to contact support. I paid hacked.com 359$ for something that could have been done for 15$ and no they will not give you a partial refund even though it took him under an hour to help me. I recommend buying the 99$ meeting to save you money. But only do this if you absolutely do not know how to use computers. You really can do this yourself and I'm thinking of making a YouTube video about it and detailing my experience in full. The guy who helped me was super nice and they are quick with responses. You can actually trust this company. It's not a scam. I'm giving 1 star because I really think I deserve a partial refund and I think none will read my review unless it's 1 star or 5 star. In reality I would give them 3 stars. Thank you

My rating is because the company does not deliver what they say they deliver. They advertise “we recover disabled Facebook accounts”. They do not. My account was somehow entered by a hacker who first used my credit card on file with Meta to buy extended reach advertising for an item I was selling on FB Marketplace. They racked up a series of $30 charges for FB Marketplace advertising quickly. My credit card company called me to determine whether the charges were legitimate. This is was my first notice something was wrong. The card was cut off from new charges. I tried to log in to FB and my account was disabled. FB has help pages for disabled accounts leading to a dead end. There is no phone number or email address for this. I paid $359 to Hacked that also led to a dead end. I was told there was only one avenue to pursue for this: contact my congressional representative and plead for intervention. He helped write requests to four representatives (only one of which was appropriate for my district). After 3 weeks I have 2 declinations to intervene due to wrong district. My true representative will not intervene. Hacked should stop advertising “we recover disabled Facebook accounts”. I initially gave the rep a good review because I was hopeful for success. I then realized I was being taking advantage of. He should have terminated the 60 call immediately by saying he couldn’t help and given me a refund.

My husband, Brandon, has a business account that we advertise with on Facebook with over 300k followers. The people at hacked.com assured me they had a great success rate for business accounts. They charge you $100 everytime they talk to you, it is NOT a one time fee or flat charge to help. They have zero internal connects at facebook, you are able of doing everything yourself that they do. They submitted the claim wrong and did not ask for the hacker to be removed from business manager so we did get the page back for maybe 1 hour but the hacker kicked us back out. Now that its been 4 months, and thousands spent to them, they told me today just to try submitting on my own and that is it. Total waste of money.
