Good, but ended up not helping
Greg Franklin was good - solved my problem in the first 50 minute session - and I am computer literate and had been trying to resolve my issue for a week. Having said that, after getting back in, facebook locked my account the next day. These guys weren’t successful in helping the next time! Jonas - it wasn’t the next day. It’s been weeks now and you have been unable to help.

Hello Douglas, I'm glad we managed to help you recover your Facebook account within a 50-minute session. I'm sorry to hear that Facebook decided to disable your account the next day due to the hacker's activities. That's not something we control. If your account is disabled, we can't recover it "the next day." That's a longer process, but we have managed to help most clients recover a disabled Facebook account as well.
