Greg and the team at Hacked helped me regain access to my Facebook account and I couldn't be more pleased. Professional and knew what roadblocks I would run into and what the eventual solution would be! Well done!!

I had given up on ever recovering my IG account, but keeping in contact with my Hacked partner was key in encouraging me to keep in communication with IG. She was available for me to ask questions and I finally got access back.

Aaron was so easy to work with. I’m not very tech savvy but Aaron was very patient explaining what to push and what to type. I will definitely be using them again if I ever need help with my accounts.

The many positive reviews of hacked.com convinced me to give them a try when my account was hacked 3 weeks ago, and now I'm happy and grateful to add my own stellar review to their collection! It took 4 calls and we had to try a few things, but Christian eventually managed to help me get back into my account. I never would have known what to do and what my options were on my own! It is also very important that once I was back in, he helped me kick out the hacker who was still in the account. The company's costumer service was also excellent, so I highly recommend them to anyone who needs help with hacked accounts.

My experience with Hacked.com was exceptional. Aaron was was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what happened and helped restore my account. I requested a follow-up call for him to help review and secure my account so it doesn't happen again. I'm so thankful this service is here.

Wow. So fast and yet so patient. When I upgraded my iPhone I learned that my Instagram did not work on my iPhone. My Instagram continued to work on the web and on my old iPhone. The folks at Hacked.com have a great service - signup. Pick a time. Share your screen via Zoom and they know exactly what to do. Sadly Meta has created a complicated mess of MFA and User/Pass login methods that they clearly do not test for. Hacked.com solved my problem within minutes. Great service! Be careful there are plenty of scammers offering to help for $$. I am happy I picked the more affordable and now I know trusted service of Hacked.com
