Insulting customer service.

Negotiated a 15% sellers on the basis of having to ship five bulky items from their London office to the USA which was initially fair enough. Then when I complained about my careless cataloguer (Hava Toobian) uploading images the wrong way round, missing accurate listing details , (even though I'd included all the information to them beforehand), and putting such a low reserve that we'd never agreed to in the contract; the Chief Executive shipped three of the largest items back to me and refused to enter them into future auctions as per my request. When I got the parcel back to the UK a COA For a Bob Dylan signed print was missing, I believe this was no honest mistake. So I've been charged 15% for a small print that was sent in a medium sized poster tube, and a small wooden box containing a bronze figurine because they refused to auction off my other lots against my wishes.

Really enjoy the experience and have purchased some nice old coins on this auction site. Will continue to use it. Wish the premiums were little lower but still it’s a nice place to find tough coins

I received outstanding service from Alissa. I submitted over 150 paintings in an estate for consideration, and within days she provided a comprehensive response with an estimate for all paintings suitable for listing at Heritage. This service was far superior to a well-known auction house in Houston, and Heritage's fee was lower, so I used Heritage.

Zeer brutaal lage taxatie van een 150 jaar oud goed werkend zilveren zakhorloge met zilveren ketting met lakstempels. Inclusief sleutel om op te winden. Alleen de zilveren ketting is al meer dan het 3x meer waard dan de geschatte veilings waarde. Gewoon onbeschoft . Ga niet in zee met dit bedrijf. Na deze review.... wordt er aan me gevraagd of ik via een ander platform nog wil onderhandelen. Om tot een overeenkomst te komen???? Raar !

This company has, in my opinion, brought on-site & web-based auctioneering to the highest level. Judging in comprehensive approach - there is no equal. I have dealt with Heritage - both as buyer & seller - for more than 10 years - Currency, coins and historical are my areas if interest. First - their catalogs and descriptives on their web-site are unbeatable, in depth, historical context, and description/grade of their material, as well as their superb color-gloss publication. I keep numerous of their print catalogs as references, both for the breadth of their historical content and the beauty of the photographs and text. Their service is top-notch, again as both buyer and seller. Their premium over hammer-price is on the higher-end (although it is common to see 25% for some other international auction houses), but I believe you have the best opportunity to reach your target audience with their world-renowned reputation.
