Heritage AuctionsReviews of ha.com

I recently consigned sports cards and vintage Pokémon holofoil cards with Heritage Auctions. The process was handled with professionalism, clear communication, and friendly guidance throughout. Oscar and the Heritage team guided me step by step, and the wire transfers were completed smoothly and on time.Their expertise and support gave me confidence, and I look forward to seeing strong results from my second consignment. Heritage Auctions has proven to be a reliable partner for serious collectors.

I sold 4 pieces of original comic art via Heritage Auctions, with Xavier Chavez being my direct contact. Service was excellent, Xavier was very knowledgeable and helpful right through the process. Shipping was paid for and seamless. Listings were well done, with excellent photographs and well written descriptions. There was a lot of interest in the lots, clearly Heritage are one of the places to go for original art. Payment was on time and seamless. This was my first experience with such an auction process and I was very impressed, would highly recommend.

Very professional from start to finish. Payment was easy and shipping prompt at a very fair rate unlike other auction houses. In prior auction which I picked up in person, staff was very helpful in detaching stretcher and rolling the works for me so they would fit in the car. Very few auction houses would do that!

Very Professional! First class auction house! Cass gave excellent service, recommended the right coins for professional grading and we received excellent prices for our coins.

Heritage is a reputable auction house that has some extraordinary pieces a very few I have been lucky enough to have been the high bidder. I have never experienced a problem with bidding, invoice, shipping or communication with them. They have been good to me.

Customer service is worthless.

This is the worst coin auction business out there. They are very arrogant and rude to their customers. Stack’s or Great Collections are much, much better. Make sure to check their terms closely. Good luck. Stay away from HA and tell others too.
