I enjoy and will continue to enjoy using your online auction site. I just really struggle to wrap my head around your fee structure when it comes to cards(trading) and things like images and posters for example. When they are graded, why the heck is the service charge $49. They are in cases and if they aren’t in cases they must have arrived safely packaged in the first place. The difference which is as much or more than double escapes me. Other than being unable to purchase more because of that, I really do enjoy Heritage! My grandfather sold his collection in 08’ I believe and I think you are top notch.

Clear and thorough website. Easy procedure both for registering and for bidding. Quick automatic process after bidding, a bit too quick. Frames and frame glasses are shipped uninsured in not very strong cardboard boxes, and mine broke. A stronger box was foreseen for the work on paper. Fortunately Heritage had decided on its own to ship the frame separately from the work. It would have been better if they had told me, as I could have saved the fee for long distance transport of a non-interesting frame. Reactive customer service.

Heritage offers great cards at auction. Descriptions are accurate and photos are well presented. Staff are knowledgeable and extremely courteous. Deliveries are packaged very carefully and securely, but are sometimes slow. Lastly, increase in buyer fees is unwelcome and discouraging.

I've used Heritage for several years for cards and coins. Their recent increases in buyer premiums are a lot higher than most auction houses, but you know what you're bidding on is authentic.

A great site and transparent. The shipping is a black box though. As a UK buyer, having no option to choose shipping options is poor. I bought $130 item and paid almost the same again for shipping after two weeks of admin to ship. There must be slower secure ways of sending an item of that value. Otherwise, no complaints.
