Probably one of the worst experiences I’ve had to deal with on a warranty claim, they did nothing but fight it, my vehicle sat for 6 weeks while I did not have my vehicle. I also have the best warranty they offer and I wasnt able to get a rental vehicle because they kept claiming we have to wait for the inspection notes… 6 weeks is what this took and it’s a F-ing joke. They drug feet the whole time and for all for the 2 cheapest things to be fix and the denial of not wanting to fix the major reason it went to the shop in the first place. This is just an absolute disgrace of any form “warranty” they got my money I paid to get the “warranty” and deny the work needed.

Too bad you can’t put negative reviews cause they deserve it. I’ve been dealing with this so called warranty company for over 3 months now trying to get my vehicle repaired they’ve asked if multiple things from the repair facility and myself and have gotten everything they asked for. Long story short they are refusing to cover a repair due to sludge that was cause by the parts they are supposed to be covering. All internal mechanical parts are supposed to be covered and I’m pretty sure a crankshaft is an internal mechanical part. Well it snapped and caused oil build up full of metal shavings clogged the oil pickup screen. They told me that the sludge caused the crankshaft to break but also told me that if there was sludge before then the engine would’ve shut off so it couldn’t have broke so that makes no sense. I’ve had multiple engine builders and mechanics tell me the same thing the broken crankshaft cause the problem not the other way around the last 6 of the vin are (101838)
