They are great to have but they won’t help cover half the things they say they will cover . I had to pay $2,000 out of my pocket because they wanted to be cheap and only pay for very very very little work. Then declined the shop most of the work to do because it would have been to expensive so that’s when I had to cough up the money. They wanted to send an inspector out to go over my truck but couldn’t say why they needed an inspector and couldn’t give a time frame . That $2,000 out of pocket hurt the bank and I expected better from this warranty company only my 3rd time using them and they covered everything else the first 2 times but god forbid they cover what they are supposed to cover on what your paying them monthly.

Very hard to get approval and when approval did happen, it was for the minimum amount possible and dind't come close to covering the work or labor.
