When my vehicle broke down, I called GWC. I was told that I would be covered for a rental car at $50 a day for 5 days OR up to $250. I spent over $300 for 4 days and you all are only reimbursing me for $200. This isn’t right because it’s not wat I was told prior to getting the rental car.

Extremely long wait time to confirm claim. The BMW dealer called me and asked me to contact GWC. I had to conduct a three way call to initiate a claim. This is inexcusable! The process took about 1 hour while BMW was waiting to verify the repairs with GWC! My warranty package with GWC cost about $4,800.00. Shame on you GWC!

million dollar Company did not want to cover the 40 dollar cost of a part to fully fix the problem and I had to pay the additional cost to fully fix my car someone who doesnt make millions, someone who lives pay check to paycheck.
