Simple, cost effective 401k plan with good low cost but quality investments.

Most attractive to us is the flag low fee structure . Reminders of time to submit payroll report Friendly customer service So glad I made to move switch to Guideline from another 401k provider after years. I save a lot.

We have used Guideline for over 5 years now, and have always been really happy with the service. The best thing I can write about Guideline is that it is easy to use. Guideline integrates with Gusto, which handles our payroll. The amount of work we need to do to maintain our 401(k) plan and add/remove employees is nearly non-existent. The system works seamlessly with Gusto to handle all of that for us. In addition, by leveraging Vanguard plans, we feel like we keep more of our money. I strongly recommend Guideline to other businesses regularly, and I am happy to do so in this forum as well.

Guideline is easy to use and has so many great funds to choose from. Everything is easily managed online. I highly recommend it.

Everything about signing up and explanations of how all things work was exceptional. Support has been great, and everything has just worked as promised. Only concern is the investment platform. It is really weak and dated in it's technology and resources. The app is not an app, it's an app version of a website, very clunky by any standard.

Very poor customer service. Hardly responsive, gets critical information wrong a lot of the time, and cannot help employees with more than very basic 401k questions.
