Terrible support, buggy interface
Terrible support, buggy interface. Good fund choices but that's about it. Their support team tries, but they are slow and can be rude.

The service works perfectly except when it's completely broken

Great if you have a simple payroll and never need customer support. When there is an issue or problem, there is zero support. Guideline have been repeat deducting our business account for canceled payrolls and requests for calls/a response are not being returned. Terrible customer service. Am desperate to stop them randomly debiting our bank account.

EASY TO USE. Everything is on your dashboard, it is easy and information is up to date daily.

We are very happy with Guideline. It interfaces nicely with Gusto, leaving us minimal work, and the fund offerings are varied and good.

Great Service!

Pros: - Integrates with our payroll system (Gusto) - Investment funds are on point Cons: - Customer service (communication times, follow ups, helpfulness, etc.) - we've had to follow up a few times when Guideline reps went radio silent - Increasing fees by 25% after first year Honestly - at this point, it's a pretty big hassle to move our employees to another retirement platform, but probably wouldn't go with Guideline again given the opportunity

Simple option for 401K for small-medium companies; market performance so far is in line. Wish they had an app and more friendly tools to customize and project various scenario so we can see future growth of money invested (think Acorn...)
