Is the worst company I ever seen it’s a scam they looking to take your money don’t ever go on this company at all or trust them I send my claim at least three times. I ask every single week for four weeks in a row for a supervisor to call back and nobody call back. It’s a scam they try to take your money.

This company is a sham. I purchased a 5 year warranty for some bar stools. 1 year later I filed a claim because my children punctured the cushions. Their system would not allow me to complete the claim. It repeatedly sent me to an 800 number to continue the claim. Finally I reached a person at the 800 number the representative said, they also could not finish the claim and they sent me to the store I purchased from. I had to call Guardsman with a representative from the store because they did not understand why they had to be involved. Finally, the claim was completed. A month later I received a letter of denial because the damage date was outside the 30 day window. Don't waste your money to jump hurdles for this cheating company.

This is the WORST Company I have ever dealt with. Purchased an Elite 5 year policy that covers stains. Every claim I submit is rejected. WASTE OF MONEY!!!

ABSOLUTE NONESENSE. Bought outdoor furniture on Overstock and had the insurance. Made the claim as the table is completely breaking and coming apart and they said that is not covered. It is accidental insurance incase I drop it then it would be covered. IF I DROP A TABLE. That was literally her response.

In Nov 2021, I purchased a 5 year Guardmans protection plan for a $5000 leather sectional. A few weeks ago I noticed discoloration in an area where my head/hair touch. I wear a protective hair style and does used oils on my hair to avoid dryness. When I submitted my claim I noted that it was discolored/fade but didn't know I needed to be specific as to what could have caused this. The other pieces of this sectional are in excellent condition, no discoloration or fading due to oils. When I originally inquired about opening the claim I was told that some one would come out to inspect the furniture to determine the cause. I called last week and was told that someone would come out to inspect the furniture but no one ever came out. Today I received an email stating that my claim was denied because of fading/discoloration. I called Guardsman and their representative was very firm and direct stating that my claim had been denied for the same reason and that there was nothing I could do. We went back in forth and after determining that I was not getting anywhere with her I ask to speak to someone above her and was told that there was no one. I asked if someone could call me back and she told me "no" that she could put me through to a VM where I could leave a message. I contacted the company I purchased the furniture from, sent them the same photos and we reviewed the plan and they told me that my claim should not have been denied. I have had no issues with any of the other pieces. Buyer beware !! they were not very nice and the person I spoke to at Guardsman was not very nice and didn't care about and probably didn't listen to anything I had to say. Left me feeling helpless!!

We bought the guardsman insurance for two power recliner chairs. Once chair quit working and guardsman was prompt in getting a repair main out to look at the situation - but from that point on - it has been a black hole of no information, no response - this has gone on for almost3 months. We have reached out to our retailer in the hopes that the can intercede. I would not recommend Guardsman
