though very nice
though very nice, the device is not easy to use and takes way to long to be usable we live in an area where it's cold. also, my aunt who drives the car a lot, cant blow long enough to start the car. plus it makes you do so about every 15 minutes which is not safe when you are driving.

We appreciate your feedback and understand your concerns. However, at Guardian we do not advise when the device is to be removed; the client went to the shop and requested removal without verifying with his monitoring authority that he was eligible. It is the client's responsibility to know when their time is up, as we don't hold your state records.

Absolute disgrace
Absolute disgrace. I’m 11 and a half months into a 12 month interlock period. I simply can’t wait to get this money grabbing thing out of my car. It is a pure rort. Random message shows up regarding a ‘violation’. Despite never missing a test and doing nothing different for the previous 11 months, I have to pay a fee to clear the violation. Called them, got the whole ‘nothing we can do’. Apparently if I don’t clear the violation my car will permanently locked out and an every more extortionate fee to unlock it. They basically hold you to ransom. PAY US OR WE’LL LOCK YOUR CAR PERMANENTLY. I have reported to consumer affairs and spoke to a solicitor as I believe this is a type of extortion. Charges are not justifiable. WATCH THIS SPACE

So far just horrible
So far just horrible! Install supposed to be 4hours, I have gone back two weeks in a row and the device still isnt installed! Now my vehicle will NOT start even when they took the device off! They just called and were like “sorry not sure whats wrong but we give up” so now going to have to be towed to the dealer (mind you this is a new car 2018) to be repaired and still I have no device which i paid for!!!

It takes a long time to warm before u…
It takes a long time to warm before u can blow and the camera keeps coming a loose oor falling off the front windshield and I have to keep installing it back up
