GrowJoyReviews of growjoy.com

Would have given 5 stars but....Please read entire post! GrowJoy is a legitimate company!!!!! Initially I felt violated and scammed by company. Order was more than 8 weeks ago and numerous inquiries to company were not returned. I reached out to Chamber of commerce no reply. Then was being informed by facebook followers that company was a "scam" and not backed by BBB. So i just prayed that my credit card would not be misused for anymore "fraudulent" charges. So I went and purchased 30 plants locally and "moved on." Well!!!! yesterday much to my surprise a package "Live Plants" on front porch. guess from who? Grow Joy! GROW JOY is NOT a Scam neither Fraudulent!!! Each of the 30 plants was packaged exquisitely! GROW-JOY uses the best packing system I have ever seen. Joe the owner sent me an email apologizing for not responding to emails or phone msgs. secondary to limited help and high order volume. I totally understand! So all those FB followers beware of false info you share and more importantly to those of us that are vulnerable to other's reports...don't believe everything you read! THANK YOU GrowJoy Inc...now to find space for my lovely plants..lol

I have ordered from GrowJoy the last 4 years and I'm very happy with their plants. They ship healthy plants and are well packaged when they arrive. All my plants and shrubs are still thriving.

My plants arrived at just the right time for planting in my zone. They were very well packaged so that they arrived as healthy specimens. The begonia, fuchsias and coleus all have unique, vibrant colors. Will order again next year.

My first order came beautifully packaged and my plants were in excellent condition. I have placed another order and will continue to buy from GrowJoy as I have had a great experience with them.

Ordering from GrowJoy has been a joyful experience, from browsing through their awesome selection of beautiful blooms and dreaming up my garden design to prepping for their new home. When my GrowJoy plants came, they were in perfect condition, not a single leaf showed signs of stress. The packaging was perfect for live plants, allowing them each to arrive in excellent shape. GrowJoy certainly delivers joy, especially through these unprecedented times! I am grateful for my new plant babies, all growing nicely, with the promise of bright blooms for years to come. I will be adding to my garden with new Grow Joy plants next year. Thank you, GrowJoy, for doing just that, growing and sending much joy!

100% satisfied with my order. Fantastic plants. I was not expecting anything great like I have received from other sites, but I was completely surprised and pleased at the quality of the plants I received. I will return and place more orders. You folks are now my go to guys for my flower/vegetable plants. Shipping was later than I expected, but I guess lots of places are behind due to Covid. Packaging was wonderful, all safe for the mailing. I am very pleased. Thank you.

I ordered several vegetable plants. Three tomatoes were dead two lettuce plants were dead and one sage plant. The rest of my order consisted of small plants close to dead. I texted four times and never heard from them. Do not order from this company plants are expensive and of poor quality. The company does not respond and does not stand behind its products.

Poor product and service I ordered 24 geranium plants, along with 3 phlox plants, on March 10 at a cost of over $200. The shipping date kept getting pushed forward week by week without explanation. The plants finally arrived yesterday, June 15, in a crushed box with loose adhesive tape. This created an opening that allowed the plants to dry out. The soil was dry, some leaves were dry and brown around the edges, and other leaves fell off. Several plants were root bound in their pots. I planted all the geraniums immediately, watered them copiously, and added a solution of Miracle Gro to the soil. Even after having been planted, the foliage of the geraniums looks pale and weak. I sent an email to the company, expressing my keen disappointment with these costly but poor quality geraniums and their late delivery and careless packaging. I have not received a reply. I tried calling them, only to hear a message that their mailbox is full. In my opinion, Grow Joy should have behaved honorably and notified me that they could not fulfill my order with the quality product they advertise on their website, and returned my money so I could shop elsewhere.
