Hey Cynthia! What a great review!! There are opportunities in challenges, our goal is to always provide the best quality service and product. Hopefully in the future we'd be able to include a team that could assemble the product. Warm regards from the entire Grill Collection Team.

Hey David, This is definitely not the type of experience that we want you to have. However, due to an ongoing supply chain issue. Processing time frame changes from time to time. The US Market is really affected by the pandemic. Our warehouse is currently experiencing delays with the shipment and production from manufacturers. We are always striving to improve our services and products. We truly appreciate your feedback.
